Earlier this morning, a large rodent the size of a small rodent was discovered in Washington DC. A number of complaints have been lodged about the creature's foul smell, and many attempts have been made to capture it. All attempts have failed. The large frog continues to foul up the streets of DC, polluting the air, and damaging the ozone layer. The smell reportedly resembles that of a small flea. The people of Quebec began yesterday to take the matter into their own hands, and to capture the malodorous frog once and for all. They have set up watch stations throughout the province in the hopes of catching the marauding wildebeest. The wildebeest is described as 'very malodorous', and 'pink', according to a group of drunken teenagers. An eyewitness told our camera crew, "It lifted up a tractor with its laser vision, and threw it onto Fred!" Fred has been reported to have sustained no injuries from the incident. According to Mexican government officials, the malodorous wildebeest will be stopped as early as next Friday, with the cooperation of the Hungarian army. Many Mexican citizens say that that is not soon enough. They want the waves of invading squirrels to be stopped and captured in as humanitarian a way as possible by next yesterday. The Sri Lankan president was not available for comment.

I assume that the nature of this "incident" is such that the article can no longer be accessed by the general public.

Yes, I can, because it would most certainly be in the paper if it were true.
