Actually, it will increase to the point at which the ice caps will melt, and such, but I still think it isn't a big concern. Mainly because before every ice age there is a 'global warming'. It is a natural process. Albeit, we have aided a bit, but not much. It'll warm, and then it'll get real cold. It's just another ice age in the process, nothing that wouldn't have hapenned without us. Humans are just so self centered that they think that they've caused everything, good and bad.

It will cause strange and strong weather for about 300 years. It is a serious concern for our generation and the next few to come. Then it will dissipate (Because fossil fuels will run out around 2050). Then, in about 1,000 years there will be another ice age. I once read a book entitled The Life and Death of Planet Earth, which contained a scientifically supported "history of Earth future". It's a bit scary.

Though it's a bit comforting to know that no matter what happens to Earth, there shall always be a human legacy: the Pioneer 1&2 probes, and the Voyager 1&2. Voyager 1 is already on the bondaries between the solar system and interstellar space.

Oh, and our TV broadcasts will remain, travelling away from us at the speed of light. The show I Love Lucy is already 2,587,200,000,000 miles away.

But my TV is still in my apartment, not in space.

They still travel at the same speed of 180,600 miles per second.

Really? Because I thought that some traveled slower.....nevermind, that was wavelength that was longer, not speed that was slower. :caffeinated: :caffeinated: :caffeinated: :caffeinated: :caffeinated:
