I knew a lot of those, and the last one is just sad. Not boohoo sad, pathetic sad.

Ummm....not a random fact, more like a random question, but: if one is born on Feb 29 (duh, LEAPYEAR), then do they age four times slower than others? [Not physically age, of course, that is not affected by dates, but more like legally and officially and such. Like for positions that require a certain age (like president)]?
