Thalia just said it meant 'My God'. And we were discussing your deteriorating grammer.

1. "What is this deteriorating grammar of which you speak?" You can't end a sentence with a preposition.
2. "You usually have terrible grammar." Grammar! With an "a"!

This is exactly my point! Deterioration of English grammar. You obviously don't believe it, but grammar is exceedingly important. For example: Parts of speech are a part of grammar. All words are at least one part of speech. If we don't have grammar, we don't have parts of speech, and we don't have words. If we don't have words, we are reduced to grunting like cavepeople. This is not exactly an appealing prospect. If you don't want it to become a reality, don't contribute to the deterioration of the English language. It's really not that difficult.

Speaking of bad grammar and the deterioration of the English Language, I would like to complain about Bush saying nukeyalur, not nuclear.

Speaking of bad grammar and the deterioration of the English language, I would like to complain about SmileyFace's capitalization of "language", which is not a proper noun in that context. But she's right about the pronounciation.

I wasn't sure about language. I thought I might as well, since there was a time when all nouns were capital.

So why didn't you capitalize all the rest of the nouns?

I wasn't sure about language. I thought I might as well, since there was a time when all nouns were capital.

That's because (old) English is a Germanic language, and in Germanic languages, all nouns are caps. But over time, English has separated its grammer from German.
