Xero~ The Alluring Mute / Narcissus~ The Seductive Persona
May 21 ~ 2012 ~ 3:35 P.M.

Xero walked quickly down the street, apparently muttering silently to himself. Looking foolish, looking insane, looking like he was talking to himself. In truth, he had went through what felt like a nightmare, except said nightmare was real. And the insane spirit thing in his brain was proof of that. It was him he was muttering to, fiercely silencing him and admonishing him almost every minute.

Due to this newfound distraction, Xero barely watched where he walked, nearly walking into several people a few times now. This was even more frustrating than not being able to speak, because Narcissus was putting thoughts that he did not want to think into his head, as well as suggesting suggestions that were just ridiculous. Straight past Aiya he walked to the bookstore. He couldn't stay in the library because he was very liable to lose his temper, and so he decided he would get a book or two. And pencils. Because of yesterday.

God, how he hated yesterday.

He had gotten far too familiar with Narcissus for his taste (Not like that, please, he'd rather kiss the librarian) and was bothered all night in his dreams by the annoying Persona who demonstrated what he could do. That wasn't too bad, it was pretty cool even, his wind abilities. What was the annoying part was that he had the ability to somehow inject love - he called it Charm status - into foes. Still not too bad, except he demonstrated it on Xero.

The mute shivered slightly. His mind had been hazed badly, switched everything he thought about the flower male into obsession, and - well, needless to say, Charm was a horrible effect. Why couldn't he have gotten a more..cooperative Persona, like Artemisia?

You know you like me, Narcissus smirked.

Yes, I'd like to kick you in an inappropriate place.

He walked into the bookshop and heaved a sigh of relief, all the books to distract him was a godsend. Slowly he walked, browsing through the books and feeling himself relax. At least Narcissus knew when to stop. Or else he would've been, uh, violated by now..

How much is this? Xero attempted to ask the shopkeeper. Feeling a little bemused when he didn't respond, Narcissus butted in; Only Personae users, darling.

Darling. Ugh..

He had forgotten that he still couldn't speak after all. Only with the aid of Narcissus. He had been talking with Mitsuru so easily that he had completely forgotten...he stared at the book sadly, deciding not to object when Narcissus stroked his back comfortingly.

Of course you are, Xero thought to himself but nodded since he didn't know what else to do. If he wanted to run, he would've done so quite some time ago. Taking Laito's hand tentatively, he walked silently and slowly up as Narcissus murmured words that were incomprehensible. He had lost all will to even pretend to look happy, and was thinking of ways to explain his extreme lateness to his family.

He watched Laito, feeling extremely awkward. He was locked. In the room. With a man that was larger as well as older than him. How in all the discovered planets did he get himself into this again? He had long since forgotten, and just watched like as though he was some kind of sentinel. Then, Laito spoke again and Xero felt a wave of frustration wash over him that was accompanied by a feeling that made him feel flustered.

"I..what..?"

For Pete's sake, Narcissus muttered impatiently, so help me I am going to do very bad things to you if you keep this up.

Xero looked away uncomfortably. Even though Narcissus was technically him, he was talking as though he knew everything about the mute. Which he did, but the point was he would never understand the turmoil Xero was facing.

Go, heaven knows it'll do you good you goose.

Xero shuffled forward even more uncomfortably, stared at Laito for a while before climbing in. This is nothing, he told himself fiercely, just a little favor of sorts he's doing. That's all.

He laid down as well, facing away from Laito since he was nowhere near prepared for this on the very first day he met him. The only thing he could do was murmur out a thanks as he started hastily conversing with Narcissus.

What the?
Laito was already beginning to shut his eyes from his immense exhaustion. However, Eirnoki had not finished. He moved Laito in his sleep, slinging his arm over the laying Xero. No doubt the boy would have a panic attack, but Erinoki was growing tired of their slow relationship. For one, he wanted to get a little bit closer to this.. Narcissus. Indeed, the name itself was suggestive. He moved over to Narcissus, seeing him clearly this time.

"Mmm, it seems that I have underestimated you. Your charms have had an effect on me. Although, I'd need more than petty charms. But I'm sure you would know that already, being the classy man that I am."

Laito began muttering in his sleep, tired as he was.

"...warm..."

It was then that Laito opened his eyes, seeing Xero in front of him. Instead of feeling embarrassed, he pulled Xero closer to him, relishing in his body warmth.

"..Mmm.."

His clouded reason was something that would haunt him in the morning. For now though, Laito closed his eyes once more, now dead to the world. Eirnoki couldn't help himself chuckling at both Laito's and Xero's predicament.

"I'm going to enjoy this in the morning. Won't you?"

He turned to Narcissus again, smiling. As Laito swirled down paths of unconsciousness, Eirnoki disappeared.

And I really will make you an eunuch if you dare suggest anything or tell anyone, do you get me?

Geez, it's not like you're screwing or anything. He's not even touching yo-ho-ho-ho.

In a bold move, Eirnoki had slung Laito's arm over Xero's waist. He felt Xero stiffen at once, laying completely still like a statue. Narcissus refrained a laugh, since he wasn't quite sure whether Xero would exact his threat about slicing off his balls.

"Classy," Narcissus echoed, looking amused. "Be you king or lowly beggar on the street, all of that goes to hell when you engage in..certain activities," he purred. "And I can show you pleasure the likes of that you have never experienced nor dreamed, all drawn from those certain activities," he winked. Laughing at Xero's squeak, he raised an inviting hand to Eirnoki just before he blurred out of the physical realm.

W-warm? What! You pervert! Oh, god, what should I do? Elbow him and run? Oh, god, don't touch me! How dare you!

Xero Kaze was not one who usually freaked out or lost control of his emotions. At the moment however, he was doing both. Laito Maki was insane. How could he do such a thing to a complete stranger? It was, admittedly, completely different from Violet's subtlety.

Violet.

Screw him.

Suddenly feeling a strange kind of vindictive anger at his phobia of having close relationship and proximity with males as well as Violet, he firmly (But very frightened at the same time) threw his arms around Laito, looking half horrified and half gleeful. If only Violet could see him now. Xero'd show him. Oho, he'd show him one and two. Not only that harlot could play at this, oh no, he had his own brand of attracting people to him. Not to say Laito was like him and he was Violet, he wasn't really sure now what Laito meant to him. And why the hell he was hugging him like something that would bite him.

Narcissus's laugh hurried him on his way to dreamland.
