Violet~ The Promiscuous Hooker / Mother Harlot~ The Sinful Persona
|
27 May, 2012, 1:03 P.M. Promiscuous indeed. Sumire - Violet was casually strolling about town, deciding he'd dress in his more modest, concealing clothes for his second day in this dratted town. Sure, having some weird fighter of his own inside him was great and all, but he rather lost his temper when he found out the second slut couldn't arise without the area being foggy..and most likely without in the presence of those black animals that attacked him yesterday. Internally speaking to Mother Harlot as he walked about, Violet felt a little annoyed by the heat. He probably wouldn't be able to work too well in this hot Sun, unless the work involved leading someone to bed. ..Father Harlot, perhaps. Hell no. ..That makes me sound old. Prince of Harlots, maybe. It has a nice ring to it, Violet thought as he stared at a nearby shrine. A shrine, really? What shit did praying do? Like he hadn't tried praying countless amounts of time back in the cesspool, but unless he took action himself he'd probably still be those ogres' "woman". He crossed his arms indignantly. Because, come on, he had taken his own fair share of innocence. That reminded him - maybe he ought to search for an apprentice or partner. Someone familiar with this place, maybe. They'd earn a lot more than they would spent, and made it far less likely that Violet had to resort to sell himself to make it through the month. Still, there was no worries for now. He was a rich bitch, he was free and he was nowhere near the cesspool. The thing was..what should he spend his money on. Huh. Everything here looked so stupid. Textiles? Books? Like he didn't read enough already, bloody school. Smiling adorably at the shopkeeper of the bookstore nearby, he turned away and walked away quickly. Keeping a good image here was necessary, but he was going to lose patience again if he didn't find anything interesting to do soon. Edited by Sumire Suzaku, Feb 12 2012, 12:49 AM.

While some people would find the town of Inaba to be boring and uneventful, Miyako was quite fond the peaceful environment and the steady flow of everyday life. She had been living here for years--ever since her family moved here--and she had grown accustomed to the little town that she called her home. That was probably part of the reason that she had found the arrival of the fog so upsetting--it disrupted what she had come to known as Inaba. Of course, her opinion had changed slightly now that she knew more about the fog. No longer was it just an irritation, but it had become a genuine threat. With everything that had been happening lately...well. Perhaps it was no surprise that Miyako had chosen to visit the shrine that day, tossing a few coins into the offering box before she stepped back and clapped her hands together. Though she couldn't claim to be very religious or spiritual, there was just something about the act of visiting the shrine that calmed her down. For a few moments, she simply stood there tensely, palms pressed together, head lowered, and eyes squeezed shut. She asked for the safety of the town, of her family, and of the other Persona users whom had gathered together the previous day. There was no doubt that dangerous times were ahead. She opened her eyes when she finally finished, her stiff shoulders visibly relaxing, as if a weight had been lifted off of it. Though praying alone would do probably do her little good, it had at least helped her clear her mind a little. Turning around, she started down the stairs and back onto the main street of the shopping district. Little did she know that she was walking right into the path of a young man who was headed down the street. |

Violet~ The Promiscuous Hooker / Mother Harlot~ The Sinful Persona
|
Really? Violet thought, muttering under his breath to Mother Harlot, deep in thought. Strange it would be to say the least that he now had a mind within his mind. Boy, wouldn't scientists like to use him as a guinea pig for their freaky experiments. I never knew people could bend that way.. Yes, this place wasn't so bad after all. He had gained some kind of weird, knowledgeable witch and the people here looked like absolute dopes. Of course, Sumire's view of the people here was furthermore proven when he walked straight into a pair of breasts. Being shorter than the girl he waltzed into, Violet stumbled, lost his balance and fell at once. Holding back the long stream of obscene curses that threatened to soil and ruin his currently pristine reputation in Inaba, he was unable to stop a dark look from flitting over his face for a second before managing to switch into a pathetic, pained expression. "Sumimasen," he whimpered as he looked up at the girl, sitting on the ground while secretly wishing he could pull out his brooch and poke new holes in her body even though he wasn't watching where he was going. Mother Harlot snorted derisively and crossed her legs, sitting regally on the massive-ass Beast in the back of his head. The girl wasn't all that much bigger than him after all. Somewhat flat, even. Pfft. Still, he hadn't any interest in women in the first place. Except for how most wore jewelry in every inch of their snobby faces. "I - I didn't see you there...please forgive me," he continued as he managed to get himself into a sitting-up position. |

The last thing that she had expected to happen was for someone to walk into her breasts. This must have been the most awkward way ever to meet someone new. Perhaps awkward situations were just drawn to her lately though. Caught off guard, Miyako stumbled back at the sudden impact, taking a few steps back before she managed to successfully regain her balance. However, the same could not be said for the boy who had walked into her. As she noticed him stumbling backwards from the corner of her eye, she instinctively reached out in an attempt to grab him, but to no avail. He slipped past her fingers, and it was with a cringe that she saw him hit the ground. At once, the young woman knelt down, her eyes growing concerned as she looked over the boy quickly. "No. No, it's fine--are you alright? Not hurt, are you?" From what she could see at least, he didn't seem seriously hurt by the fall. At worst, he would probably have a small bruise. Straightening up, Miyako reached out to offer her hand to help him up. "There's no need to apologize," She assured him, a friendly smile touching her lips, "I should have been paying more attention as well. I just wish that I had managed to grab you before you fell." The smile on her face fell slightly then, but she supposed what was done was done. She would simply have to be more aware of her surroundings next time so that she could hopefully avoid this again in the future. Edited by Miyako Saito, Feb 12 2012, 05:17 PM.

Violet~ The Promiscuous Hooker / Mother Harlot~ The Sinful Persona
|
For some reason, everyone around him was giving him strange looks. Was he bleeding somewhere? Perhaps he made a mistake in dressing today? Or did he say something wrong? You were swearing, you imbecile. Violet blinked, feeling startled. He swore? No, he didn't. He hadn't said a thing...did he? He was very sure that the first thing that came out of his mouth was an apology in Japanese in case the girl didn't understand English. He thought he had restrained himself..good lord, what would people think of him. He was getting too used to talking with Mother Harlot that he must've forgot to differentiate which was actually saying out loud and which was thinking. Shit, Violet thought for real this time. "Sumimasen," Violet apologized again hastily as he, for the first time in a while struggled to find words to recover his dignity. He really hadn't meant to slip up like that. Maybe he could blame it on Mother Harlot..but then again not everyone walked around with witches in their heads, did they? "Oh, no," Violet said as politely as he could while actually wishing he could stab everyone who heard him accidentally swear. "I was careless and wasn't using my eyes.." Well, Mother Harlot smirked. You could hunt them all down while the fog is about. It would be enjoyable.. You think I can remember each and everyone of their faces? All Violet could do was hope that little people heard him, because he really needed a clean reputation if he wanted to pull off his little..stunts. Taking the girls hand with a feigned, sweet smile, he stood and looked about, making sure he still looked sweet while there was an extremely dark look deep in his eyes as he studied the few around him. How did he slip up like that, argh. If he was getting that careless, he needed more practice. "If you don't mind," Violet smiled on, "Do you know when the fog rolls in? ...I got caught in it last night..." he added truthfully, "..and I don't want to get caught in it again," he finished most untruthfully. What he wanted the most right now was for lots and lots of fog. Then he'd make them all mute like that Xero bitch. Do you truly believe me? Mother Harlot spoke in an amused tone. You were murmuring a little, but if you really did swore..well, you would need a new town to move to, mm? You stupid whore. Feeling relieved that he didn't need to go around headhunting people, Violet heaved a little sigh of relief. Edited by Sumire Suzaku, Feb 12 2012, 07:25 AM.

Miyako was naive, that was for certain. She clearly had the tendency of believing in the good of others, whether or not that good actually existed. Case in point: this young man right here, who was giving her an extremely sweet looking smile. Did it fool Miyako? Oh, yeah. Hook, line, and sinker. "Really, it's fine!" She assured him, her hand slipping free from his once he was on his feet. She kept her hand outstretched for a few moments longer, just in case she needed to help stabilize him. However, as this proved to be unnecessary, she withdrew her hand, clasping her hands in front of her chest. Well, no harm done to either of them. What a relief. She perked up at his question, though her smile visibly slipped as he mentioned that he had gotten caught in the fog last night. What? She pursed her lips, suddenly looking at the boy in front of her a little more scruntinizingly than before. He had been out in the fog...had he been hurt? Maybe he had been lucky and managed to avoid encountering any shadows, or maybe he was... It was times like this that Miyako wished she had one of those sensing Personas. It would make her conversations all the easier if she knew where to draw the line when it came to talking about the fog. As it was, the safest answer was obviously not to mention shadows or Persona at all. At least, not directly--perhaps there could be some kind of subtle way for her to bring it up? "Unfortunately, I'm not sure when we'll be having a fog here next." She told him honestly, her tone apologetic. There was a beat of silence, and then, "It's definitely a good idea to avoid going out during such times, though. It's dangerous--who knows what could be lurking in the fog." |

Violet~ The Promiscuous Hooker / Mother Harlot~ The Sinful Persona
|
Violet's sharp eyes took note of how tender the girl looked, he was probably capable of pushing her down and running off easily. Although hit and runs were crossed off here - broad daylight with people around, that would be utterly stupid. Still, she didn't seem to have anything valuable on her, just a random stuff in her hair. How she looked like an absolute saint with her hands together, retching internally. What good was being nice to others, really. She was probably some kind of charity worker, too. He also noticed her facial expressions when he mentioned he had been out in the fog the night before, although smart enough to keep still the innocent, clueless look on his face. So there was something special about the fog after all. Perhaps roaming black monsters were the norm here, as well as the acquiring of slutty hags that had special powers. Meh. He had heard nothing of it yet though, and the newspaper he peeked at had nothing interesting on this matter, only some guy who collapsed while doing the boogaloo. Crazy morons. "Yes," Violet smiled sweetly. So the fog descended at random moments. Well. That just made things more difficult for him since he couldn't do stuff systematically now. Heaven knew he would went around at night to take stuff and get caught in the damned fog. He decided to take a jab in the darkness. "Weird stuff happened in the fog," he pouted as he held one of his arms. "Mean animals attacked me." |
