What I have learned. First, I don't know your ally count but if you war pvp you need to be at 501+. 501 is the max allies you can take into a war. As far as weapons, in theory I believe you want to have 1 melee, handgun, assault rifle etc per ally. I guess this also applies to vehicles but with the cost it doesn't seem possible. Havent seen to many guys with 500 vehicles. I think in general more is better of course.
As far as level it depends on what your playstyle is. If you are going for pvp strength alot of guys are loading up attack/defense and trying to keep from leveling up. That way you are stronger than the people in your fight list. Some guys are power leveling to which is fine. It depends I guess on how you want to play.

Flounder, go to world chat and add a few allies a day. That way it won't be boring. Also gift and hope they return the favor. If you are low on allies then one can war u easy. No matter what lvl or rank. I war this guy tonight with less than 100 allies vs. my 400 plus 5 rank lvls above me. Very easy rank points. Flip side is he could Allie up and return the favor. This is a fighting game, attack and be attacked

The way i go to add allies is checking out the Fight List. The profiles gives normally the army code. Advantage for me is to see, what level, weapons the person has, and i see, if he / she is on ally with me.

I'm fighting Ghost Killer on my map. How many points do I need for triple epic drop(and do I even need to-I got it before helping someone) then should I put it on Empire fight or call for help? Approx 55 hrs left

I think if you get around 5,000, you should be at the 3 epic level. It also is being looked at that stamina might play a part in it also. What that means is the higher your level, the more points are required based on your damage per stamina used. Just ask one of the officers to put it up. I'm sure lots of members will join in to help a bit Flounder. 55 hours is a long time.

If a level 35 used 300 stamina to get to 5,000 points for a chance at 3 epics.
But a level 90 used 200 stamina to get to 5,000 points but only gets 2 epics.

It is still being discussed in the forums. My work is blocking parts of the forum now so I can't stay up to date on it all. bummer.
