1. Using 1 stamina yields 1-4 experience points. Using 5, just times 1-4 by 5 so it might yield 5,10,15,20 exp points per hit. Using 10 is times 10 by 1-4. Knowing this, if I'm close to leveling, I try and use my stamina 10 hit when I'm withing 4 exp points or less to leveling. Sometimes it is not possible to level off using stamina so I use energy on jobs to finish leveling. Then go right back to a boss and hit it again using all my stamina.

2. I try and watch the health bar when hitting. The lower the boss the more the bar will move. Everyone wants to execute a boss so they get the huge extra points. Try to use 1 stamina hit vs + 1 stamina hit. Depending on the class you pick vs the class of the boss matters on what you use. Playing enforcer, I can only use +hit on Assassin bosses. Any other boss yields much less points.

3. Getting a high points score on a boss hit is attributed to a high attack. Also the more stamina you use the higher score you will have. Whether it be high stamina or favor refills. The key is to execute as many bosses as possible.

I don't use favor points but there are some that do. You can tell them by their Lts, gear, and how fast they level. Learn to recognize Lts and gear when getting ready to duel someone. I still take a chance but most often I lose. I have to duel someone with regular bought Lts.
