Here are the basic RP rules for this site:
1. No "Metagaming"
-Metagaming means "Using out-of-character information to govern in-character behavior."
Example

-Player A reads another player's RP thread and suddenly decides that his character should "randomly" leave his current RP thread to go be a part of someone else's events.
-Player A reads Player B's character sheet and exploits a secret weakness that nobody would know at a glance after having just met.
-Player A knows Moderator B's style of narration and predicts events that his character would otherwise not expect.
As a rule of thumb, always ask yourself: "would my character know that?"

2. No "God-Modding"
-Godmodding is the act of controlling something that you, as a player, have no influence over.
Example

Player A attacks player B and declares that the attack hits without allowing Player B to post his reaction.
Generally, you should only have control over your own personal character.

3. No "God-Mode-ing"
-Not to be mistaken for God-modding. God-Mode-ing is pretending that you're more powerful than you really are.
Example

Player A takes several full-power shots to the face and does not show any sign of fatigue or damage.

4. You cannot be in two places at once. If a character is involved with a story, you cannot post anywhere else as the same character until that story concludes or the character is appropriately excused.
How and when to conclude a story

5. This is strictly Non-Canon.
-By non-canon, we mean that there will not be any reference to nor interaction with characters that are actually in the Megaman Starforce anime or video games. We can't write for them, so let's not go there. It goes without saying that this also means that your personal character can't be someone from the game/anime.

6. Keep it clean, folks.
-This being a zetaboards, any graphic descriptions of "sexual encounters" is strictly prohibited. If you absolutely have to have a scene like that, just fade to black and pick back up after it's all done and leave the rest of it up to the imagination. (what you do off-site is your business) Also, try to keep swearing to a minimum. It's alright for someone's character to talk like a sailor, but remember that this site has a wide audience range, so try not to go too heavy on the language.
