Regular Forum (No New Posts) Wilson Court
Housing for the students is available in the Avalon Suites, a strange shaped building built of dark green stone which from the outside looked like a tailless clover. Each wing features rooms in spiraling hall, and is three stories high. The wing on the left is girls only, the wing on the right is boys only, and the wing in the center is co-ed. Nearby is the dove grey natural stone complex known as the Arcadian Flats comprised of various styles of apartments within its deceptively simple square construction, 6 stories high. In between the two is a spacious sheltered courtyard with several fountains, and a couple rose gardens, including one set up like a small maze.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Radcliff Academic Center
Nestled into the western-most point on the island, Radcliff Academic Complex occupies the space that once housed an older, and mostly obsolete, ornithological study site. It consists of a fairly decent number of buildings, all of them composed of mirrored glass windows and light-red, brick walls with white, poured-concrete foundations and accents. A central tower rises out of the complexes center, with four wings spreading from it's central point, each one pointing in a cardinal direction. The four buildings that surround this tower are each curved into an arcing shape and position in the North-East, South-East, South-West, and -North-West corners. From a bird's eye view, this makes the largest part of the complex resemble a compass rose, or, as some of the marksmen students have pointed out, a crosshair. Other buildings, of varying sizes, but mostly small, dot the outside landscaping, while the open spaces within the 'Compass Rose' have been manicured and purposed as courtyards designated solely for student and teacher usage.

Regular Forum Arenas Complex
The Calf's finest recreational complex, and only one, Arenas has something for everyone. From a fully stocked workout area that could give a big city gym a run for it's money, to courts and facilities ready to play most sports you can think of, to game rooms, pool tables, and a computer lab for those students that don't have their own, it's the perfect place to unwind on your day off from work or classes. The facility itself is actually the largest building on the Calf, which just goes to show how much it has in store.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Administration Building
Every facility needs space for those that run it. Mercurial is no exception, and this triangular stone-walled building nestled conveniently toward the middle of the campus sports the offices of the Dean, the Director, and the President in towers on each respective corner. The first floor holds everything of use to the general public, and most of the day to day operations for students and employees are here. Most never see more of the building than this, the face of the organization. The second floor contains the heart of the organization, contracts, missions, and all sensitive business is processed here before trickling down to the first floor as needed.

This red brick building sits nestled just off the beaten path of the rest of the grounds, both for safety and for privacy. Within are a multitude of workshops and workspaces, starting with full machine shops on the first floor, with medical training areas on the second, and the third and fourth floors being much more variable, housing tools for a wide variety of projects for students and employees alike. The basement, however, houses the Mercurial Research and Development Facility, which is normally off limits.

Regular Forum (No New Posts) Mercurial Towne Square
Past the bridge and the gatehouse, you enter Mercurial Towne Square. The road ends here, splitting into a T-junction that leads to the two multifloor parking facilities. There's a cart path just beyond that surrounding Mercury Square Park, and around that path are various shops, restaurants, and boutiques. A cart path to the West leads to the Administration center, and another one heading South leads to the Southern Lighthouse and other portions of the campus grounds.

Well tended and maintained, the grounds stretch to each end of the isle with lush greenery. The fresh breeze from the ocean makes even a walk along the footpaths, or off of them, a pleasant experience even on the coolest of days. Careful not to stray too close to the bluffs that surround most of the island, as the wind can get rather strong.
