Them, They...whatever name They go by, this is the headquarters of the syndicate that plagues the metahumans. Metahumans are employed by Them to hunt other Metas down, and here, they are housed-additionally, here their victims are kept.

The city of Eve, the origin of the phenomenon that created Metahumans generations ago. This city has the largest concentration of Metas-it also has the largest concentration of Them.

The world isn't confined to just the city of Eve; Other towns, cities, and even countries exist where Metas have found their way to. The further you get from Eve, the safer you are-but the lonelier the road gets as well.
