Metallica BIG pictures with info!; Scans that too big for regular picture threads, and scans with info!

So... here we go again. Post here all scans that are too big for regular picture threads. Aka dimensions over 2000, you could post smaller ones, but with information!!! Please specify from where scan is and if possible date and photographer, if known. I'll start. Scan from book 'Murder in the front Row' James at Metallica Mansion writing MOP, by Harold Oimoen.
