Bass RTL is simpler than the guitaring i'll tell you that
"you can headbang like a beast while playing it ^^ (with wind in your mane...<3...obviously my neck hurts next day, but it`s worth the pain :B) "
DUDE!!! This is how i'm like with just playing guitar/bass/drums in general, my neck always hurts but i do it for the
love of music :biggrin  haha.

Oh and by the way, quote is bottom right corner " thingy lol, if that makes sense :P
Thanks for the info ^^

yeah...I tried to play the solo with my bass (and LOTS of distortion with a guitar pedal), and must say...almost got it, but it's pretty fast yet for me...(oh...the need to play more often...)

about headbanging...what else can we say??? (I remember something kinda funny/kinda akward when I think about it...I mean the impression in others...@____@ is...)

(you know to play drums?? 0_0 woa...cool...I just play bass(and the fail piano :B))
No worries :D
Oh dude, i bet it sounds AWESOME :horns2
 Hahaha i totally know what you mean, some people are like "Whut are doin?" I'm like "Headbangin' man! WHIPLASH!" LOL.
I do, i do :D I've played drums for about 3-4 years now :) (although i haven't played them for about a week *bites nails* )
lol hey that's cool! i would of loved to learn the piano, but i don't think i could now, i don't know if i'd have the patience for it

I read in your welcoming post that you have classical training, that's so cool. I wish I had knowledge of theory, but I started too late xD

Tut tut tut, It's never too late to learn something new! And it does make music easier to understand, even at the age I learned it, it was boring as hell!! LOL

Btw, I'm from France! What about you? Do you do music too?! :)

I love music, but I'm sloppy when I play other's songs. I love to jam and improvise jazzy/experimental stuff, I'm a little better at that :B

France? I'm from chile

Chile?!! So far away...!! :D

Well, good for you to be able to improvise! :wink You see,for those with classical training, you're so trained to follow the writings, that imrpovising is ... how to put it... a complete foreign concept for your brain!! :biggrin

You do impro on what btw, guitar?

I play bass, I uploaded a cover here, but it's pretty sloppy, I rather have a drummer at my side and jam :B I often tend to play in 8/4 or 5/4 (at least the riffs I made are written in that time signature, my drummer said, cuz I donīt know that much xD), even if my fingerz aren't that fast...yet.

it's more fun,- cuz mistakes can be converted into part of the song.- even if often the stuff that comes it's not pretty, it's made in the name of art :B

although, I love classical music too, my favs are vivaldi and bach.(I just listen to them, I never learn the titles of their songs xD). the first song I learned (officially) on bass was a giuseppe verdi song :B

Hehe, I've just recently begun the guitar, 4 months ago actually!!

But I have almost 19 years of violin behind me, so the technique required for guitar is pretty easy for me as I'm already trained and it's way easier to have correct sounds at the beginning than with a violin, which will sound horrible for a good while, and it will take years to be able to play something else than children's music!! :biggrin Now I just have to switch my brain from violin to guitar!! :D Kidding, of course I have to work on my picking speed and general fluency of my playing! Cause my fingers on the fretboeard are WAT fester than my pick!!!

I envy you, I spent so many years correcting every single little mistake, improving the pieces over and over again that I'm simply unable to let mistakes go... :( bUt well, to each his/her strong attrbutes, no?! :wink

I love BACH also, not so much Vivaldi, a tad too repetitive for my tastes, makes it a bit boring to play, but I adore BEETHOVEN. he's easily my fav' composer!!
Don't worry I know almost all their pieces by heart, and I never manage to remember the name, number, etc... :biggrin

4 months? that gr8t :B

I bet you will be a great guitar player, since you already got the technique!! :0 I don't like the guitar, cuz I always ALWAYS break the strings, I can't control a pick, and when I try to play it...it's like "OMG the frets are so small!!!!"(the same with violin) That's why I tried bass xD playing with your fingers feels good :B

:0 when I have played in different presentations, we did lots of mistakes, but we could take them and convert them in part of the show xD or "make them invisible(almost)" and let them go :B (just once I failed, I was playing with little kids of other schools, I didn't feel "the magic" I couldn't follow them everyone were too nervous, that's contagious....and then,FAIL!)

I guess you re the kind that can move fast with technique knowing what you are doing, I can't play fast and my technique sucks, but if a drummer makes a beat, I can follow him (from rock to jazz n___n) ;D I just have been focusing in "opening my mind" xD

oh girl...Last year I went to a beethoven concert with my friends (they don't listen to classical music). We started to cry, that's how beautiful it was :3 (vivaldi is good, but yes you can even recognize him so easily by just hearing a little part...)

<3 I would love to listen a bach cover coming from you
