Maybe he could het a Rhoads ESP sig. Or he could get a more colorful finish.

They have a Les Paul, a King V, an SG, a BC Rich kinda model (AX)...wtf? Can they really invent something themselves? Now if we talk about ESP Japan That's another story. They are still allowed to build the REAL Explorers and Flying V's. Which are even better quality than Gibson. But I don't know what it is... a Guitar must have 5 differences on the outside to avoid lawsuits. So I guess their Les Paul copies have that. The Japanese Explorer (EXP, MX-250, MX-130 [so not the 'new' EX-shape]) has not...that's why you can only get them in Japan, because they had a lawsuit from Gibson.
