Are they willing to pay the extra costs for the shipping? |

Yes they will. Because they wanted to know how much it would cost to send it back. Ashley: Well I don't know if it was the right thing. Instead of this, I could've bought an ESP (the same as James himself uses). At this moment, it's the only thought that's haunting my mind. |

A new one would've been yes, but I'm more comfortable buying used gear to be honest and a used one would've been cheaper. Especially last year, when the dollar value was insanely low. |

hopefully you wont have a superglued bridge issue like i did on my first electric, lol. Snapped a string by accidently tuniing it wrong, and wnet to change the stings to discover that somehow, the ball of the D-string got super-glued to the bridge. i hope i got the technical term right, lol.

No ETA for that. But I don't really care. I just hope all is gonna be good this time. That's the only thing I'm asking for. Even if it takes them 6 months. But they said they're gonna give it top priority. |

Hey, thanks for your concern. ![]() After I sent it back, I didn't hear anything for over a month. Not even if it had arrived! Luckily I still had a tracking number and it told me it had arrived over there. Then I finally heard from them that they received it and that they had it deconstructed and stripped down. Last week I even received a pic of the progress. Last monday I got a message I will hear about current devellopments soon. So I have faith that it's gonna be alright. I don't know how long it's gonna take them, but I'm just glad that it arrived there and that they are working on it. |

Hey, just seeing this now. Yeah it has returned here last december. They fixed it right this time. But unfortunatly, it is not my favorite guitar by a long shot, while I did expect it to be that way, especially for that price tag and all the personal invoice I had on it. It's not even in my top 3 of fav guitars that I own now. There are some odd things about it. The sustain (how long it rings out) is not impressive at all, and, the guitar is fucking heavy! Never felt a guitar so heavy in my life, which is very suspicious as well, because I ordered the guitar with lightweight wood...wtf! So...it's just hanging on my wall. Sometimes I play on it, but it remains an object I could have lived without to this day. Another lessons learned: Don't act so impulsive anymore. I'm just not comfortable with the price tag. I could have bought a whole used car for it (if I wanted of course, which is not the case)! I don't play it much because I like my others better BUT also, because I don't wanna damage it in any way possible and reduce the value that way. If I end up with money problems, I will sell it. And I will mostly likely lose money on it too, as it is not a widely known brand and the word of other disappointed customers (I've seen plenty now!) is spreading. Thanks for your concern. |
