Hey guys and girl! I've been playing guitar for about one year till May and I think its about time I get a new electric guitar. But since I dont know so much about guitars and quality, I might need your help. What to buy? It has to be a good one for all kinds of music, especially Metal of course, but not too expensive. I'm not very rich actually. Both Amp and Guitar could be nice to get some infomation on ^^ Thanks a lot! Izzy |

I'm a Fender girl, so THAT will be a bit biased. Find some cool designs, then go to a guitar store and try them out. I know jackshit about quality, but it should FEEL right when you play it. Like this is connected to you. |

You're from Europe, right? Check out some: Ibanez Richwood London City Any cool used stuff because it's cheaper than new, like: (80s) Hondo, Morris, Epiphone, LTD. And well just try it. Don't buy one of those crappy all in one packs. For amps, a while ago I played on a small one by VOX. It was really small, but it sounded great. But if you are looking for something bigger then you should just try a few things and see if you like it. |

I have a little Marshall amp (and I mean little. 6 cm long, 11 cm wide, 16 cm high) that works wonders, see if you can get something like that. |

Well ESP-guitars are great and they ain't so expensive than Gibsons which the best But best it would be if you tried many guitars and picked what ypu like most, that works for me

I think you're right Elina. I should just pick many different ones up.. By far, I actually like Fender Stratocaster and Gibson Explorer the most.. They're very comfortable to play both of them.. And the sound is great!

I would say you would want to check out some ibanez, esp, ltd, and gibson. I heard those are like the best. I got a ltd and it's awsome. Now if you just want to rock out with just heavy metal i would try looking at like a bc rich cuz those are best for just metal.
