Hey girls (and guys)!!

Well, the first instrument I learned was piano, even though I'm primarily a guitarist (I prefer strings to percussion myself, but yeah, I play classical piano, rock keyboard, and drums too). But when I first heard the intro to The Unforgiven III, I just HAD to put the whole thing on piano. because I had to record it with a regular digital camera, the quality sucks, but I think you'll get the idea.

Um...yes, I've shortened the verses so it would fit on my memory card, and I added a little extra into the third stanza because I got into it. If any of you have ever heard the "Bite the Ivory" piano tribute to Met, that's what I based the style on...but with more pedal. And I would've sang with it, but because I usually sing The Unforgiven's operatically, I didn't want to blow the microphone in my camera...but don't worry. I just bought my dad's ProTools unit off him...gonna set up in my bedroom when my relatives go back to NY, with mics and everything, and re-record with better sound. ^^

Tell me what you think, everyone!

Thank you!

Yes, but I've never had any vocal lessons...I taught myself. I wouldn't say I'm a "real" opera singer...I mean, I can't sing in Italian! But I like to combine the opera with regular vocals, and I even do a little growling now and then...

Don't worry about the static, since a good deal of the bands I listen to have their share of static awesomeness.

Oh wow, thank you everyone! I'm so glad to hear you all say that. I was rather nervous showing all you other hardcore Metallichicks... Weird, huh? I mean, I can go out and play for hours in front of people no prob, but I get scared of my friends' opinions. :P Anyway, Taimi, you should! I'd love to hear that. It's one of my absolute favorite NW pieces! And lone-audio is allowed, if that's what your talking about.

People do it all the time, or else there would be much less music on Youtube.
