Hi (u dont have to read but i really need help.)First,i would love to say that i dont really understand guitars..I bought my first guitar when i was 9 or 10,actually my father bought it in a tunnel ,it was a Classic guitar and i dont want to say its mark cos its too bad but it sounds good..Anyway...I started learning when i was 9 but u are unable to understand the notes and if u are thin like me ur unable to play it.It wants a bit of strength and muscle..Then i gave up..I didnt took it again,i put it away onto my wardrobe..I realized that i had forgotten how to play guitar when i decided to take up it again.I was 13 years old when i took up guitar again..It was at school and i had a really bad teacher. He learnt me play a song for last day at school.I gave it up again after last day at school. And i wanted to take up electro-guitar this year but my dad said i didnt learn how to play classic guitar properly and then i started again..But i gave up after 7 months cos it was enough..Now i decided to take up electro guitar But as i said i dont really understand guitars..What do u advise me for beginning? And my father will just give me 200 or 300 dollars and i want to add that the guitars are really costly in Turkey they are not sold as their real costs So..My friends said Cort x2 ,Washurn x10 or Ibanez Gax-30 are good for beginners but Washburn might be problem soon.So im searching for a good guitar for beginning.I would love to buy Gibson or Dean but.. So i want ur advice. Please help me (Thanks for reading )..

My first guitar was a Squier Bullet, which is made by Fender so it's basically a cheaper version of the Stratocaster. I thought it was fairly decent, but I don't remember its cost... |

Ibanez is good. Try to find used. Better guitars for the same money. Who cares if it has a couple of scratches. |

Well i have a ltd and i'm a beginner and it's great for me. Well i know dean works good because thats what dimebag darrell used and he was just awsome. And i also heard washburn was good. Oh and you should learn acoustic first and then switch to electric.

I Have and Ibanez. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET A GUITAR WITH A FLOYD ROSE TREMLO !!!! I made the mistake of getting one to start off with and that type of guitar is very complicated to deal with unless you know what you are doing. Get a guitar with no whammy bar just to start out with. Ibanez, Gibson, ESP are some good brands. Fender is also good. Now, beware of the price though. You get what you pay for. i hoped this helped Good luck with it !!
