Now, there are three classes that require their own specially designed systems. The first is Experiment.

Experiments are people, or sometimes animals, that have been experimented on by outside sources, mostly Shinra, but also Wutai or one of the other factions. Experiments can transform from their basic, human or animal form, into a stronger, more advanced, but often monstrous form. These forms are stronger, and have a certain skillset. Experiments can only access their other abilities in their transformed mode, except for a select few.

The amount of MP they gain within their transformed form is [Rank*15] MP.

Buff and Debuff magics are very important; they can strengthen your character, or weaken the opponent to give you the upper hand in a battle. To work out the range, it's simple. Either [Rank*10] meters, or touch. Now, touch might seem like a silly thing to do, but touch can affect two targets at once, one for every hand. Debuff techs can also have effects on the side, but these will be very weak.

RankStats AddedDurationCooldown
Rank 152 posts3 posts
Rank 2152 posts3 posts
Rank 3253 posts3 posts
Rank 4353 posts2 posts
Rank 5453 posts2 posts
Rank 6604 posts2 posts

Debuff can be calculated much easier now that we have this table. Debuff drains [Rank*5] Stats from the opponent. The duration is equal to Buff duration at the current rank minus one, and cooldown is Buff duration plus one, except for ranks 8, 9 and 10.

Evokers! Yes ladies and gentlemen, it is time to learn about this most special of classes. As you may have read in the Class Systems, Evokers have a single Guardian, a summoned entity who is permanently in this world. A Guardian can vary from a human, to a bird, to a robot, to a dragon! Just keep in mind that you can't go around having 20-meter tall summons. Do try to keep it reasonable!

Now, the Guardian is permanently at the Evoker's side, or at least within the realm. If you do a thread with your Evoker, you don't need to have your Guardian with you, but you can call him out of thin air if you need. You can also do a thread with just your Guardian, but keep in mind that your Guardian cannot simply call his Evoker, and even if the Guardian can be re-summoned if he dies, this is not the case in threads like this! If your Guardian dies in a Guardian-only thread, he cannot return into that thread. Period. We will have none of your Evoker suddenly randomly running in and re-summoning the Guardian. Keep in mind that you cannot do solo threads with Guardian Post - Evoker Post - Guardian Post stuff, you still have to RP with other people. Also, Guardian and Evoker count as ONE character, and thus are limited to the slots on one character. Missions ALWAYS have to be done by BOTH.

The ties between Evoker and Guardian go both ways; The Guardian's source of power is the Evoker, and the Evoker's source of power is the Guardian. This means that, if your Guardian is destroyed, the Evoker will be magically crippled for the next five posts, meaning no magic whatsoever, and no re-summoning the Guardian until this duration is past. Your physical capabilities, however, are untouched.

Summoning the Guardian is one of the Evoker's techniques, and the technique must link through to the Guardian's profile. The Guardians gain strength and 'natural' weapons as this tech progresses:

RankStatsEquipment
Rank 115+(0.1*Summoner's Total)2 D
Rank 220+(0.2*Summoner's Total)3 D
Rank 325+(0.3*Summoner's Total)2 D, 1 C
Rank 435+(0.4*Summoner's Total)1 D, 2 C
Rank 545+(0.5*Summoner's Total)2 C, 1 B
Rank 655+(0.6*Summoner's Total)1 C, 2 B
Rank 770+(0.7*Summoner's Total)2 B, 1 A
Rank 885+(0.8*Summoner's Total)1 B, 2 A
Rank 9100+(0.9*Summoner's Total)2 A, 1 S
Rank 10120+(Summoner's Total)1 A, 2 S

Since the Guardians have a regular class, they earn AP at a certain rate, but contrary to a regular character, the AP they get from their Summoner will be their 'earned' AP. Of course, if your Guardian isn't human, you can give it a custom class, which will be appraised by a moderator, and the 1 AP/(X) MP ratio will be determined by them.
