Scene One: Old Friends and New Beginnings

~ The camera opens up inside the Golden Nugget Pub in Denver, Colorado. As the camera surveys it's surroundings, the camera catches Alex Liddel sitting at the bar. The camera moves up towards him and zooms on his left side. As the camera focuses on Liddel, he looks over at the beautiful femal behind the bar and holds his hand up. The beautiful female smiles and walks over towards Alex Liddel. She stops in front of him, leans over onto the bar, giving Alex a clear view down her shirt, smiles and looks at Alex. ~

:: Barmaid ::
Well honey, what can I get for you tonight?

:: Alex Liddel ::
Well you can get me that bottle of Ol' JD over there, along with two shotglasses, if you don't mind.

~ The barmaid looks at Alex a little confused before she turns around and walks over to the bottle of Jack Daniels and on her way back, she bends down and grabs two shotglasses. She then sets the glasses down, and pours the drink setting both of them, along with the bottle of Jack Daniels in front of Alex. Alex takes one of the shotglasses, and slides it over in front of the empty seat beside him. The barmaid looks even more confused as Alex raises his shotglass up. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
To old friends, and NEW Beginnings!!!!

~ Alex brings the shotglass to his mouth and sets it back down. The camera looks to the other side of Liddel showing an empty shotglass in front of the empty seat. Alex grabs the bottle of Jack Daniels and pours a drink into both of the glasses again. Before Alex has the chance to grab his, the barmaid, grabs his wrist softly. ~

:: Barmaid ::
Now sugar, before I let you take that shot, you have to answer me one question. Where in the hell did the Jack from that shot there go?

~ Alex smiles as he looks at the shotglass beside him. After a few seconds, Alex looks back to the barmaid, grabs his glass, and smirks. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Remember the Phoenix, that's all I can say, remember the phoenix....

~ A flame then erupts from the shotglass and an all to familiar voice comes from out of nowhere.... ~

:: Adam Linn ::
That's right brother remember the Phoenix. At Revolution, Devil's Den, Deas is being locked into that cage with a creature that cannot and will not die.

~ A flame again erupts from the shotglass, temporarily blinding the camera lens. As the camera re-focuses, the shotglass is again empty. The laugh of Adam Linn can be heard as the camera zooms away, then slowly moves away from Liddel before the scene cuts to a poster for the Devil's Den match between Adam Linn and Bryan Deas. After a few moments the scene and the laughter fades to nothing. ~

Scene Two: Revolution Re-Cap

~ The camera now reopens to show Monica Mancuso standing on a sanctioned European Wrestling Federation set in Talladega, Alabama. The walls behind her are black and orange with the EWF logo showing on a screen to her left. The camera zooms in as Monica begins to speak. ~

:: Monica Mancuso ::
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the first edition of EWF Unloaded. I am EWF's newest correspondant, Monica Mancuso. Tonight, I have a very special guest. A man that has competed on both Revolution and Mayhem within one week. Ladies and gentlemen, please help me welcome Alex "The Iceman" Liddel to Unloaded.

~ The camera zooms out a bit to show Alex Liddel standing beside Monica, anger brewing in his eyes. He looks over at Monica and puts his hand on her shoulder. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Monica hun, it's no longer Iceman, just Alex will do thanks.

:: Monica Mancuso ::
Okay, Alex, first off I would like to discuss your appearance on Revolution last night against Mr. Showtime.

~ Alex looks at Monica and begins to shake with anger. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Last night? You want to know about last night? I'll tell you this Monica, Liam Alexander stepped into uncharted territory when he stuck his nose where it didn't belong. Now he may have been trying to make a statement by knocking Showtime out last night, but he made a bigger statement when he did the same thing to me. He showed me at Revolution that he sees me as a threat. A threat to his humanity, a threat to his glory, a threat to the very much undeserved throne he sits upon. Before he got involved last night, I went one hundred and thirty-eight straight matches undefeated. I would've won number one hundred and thirty-nine wins, all until you decided to take it upon yourself to determine the outcome of my matches.

:: Monica Mancuso ::
Well Liam is aligned with Alexander Stryfe and the rest of the Gods Among Men. Do you think that will play a factor in your career here in the European Wrestling Federation?

~ The rage in Alex's eyes builds as he continues on with his thoughts. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Of course it will play a factor, what do you mean will it be a factor? Everything that son of a bitch does will be a factor from now until I get my revenge.

~ Alex Liddel looks over to the camera as he plans to address Liam Alexander. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Well Liam, you listen to me and you listen good. The bullshit you pulled on Revolution, I owe you for that. The time will come for me to get my revenge, it won't be now, it won't be Monday, when it happens, you'll never know what happened, just like I never saw you punking out on me. You made a mistake Alexander, you will have to pay the piper one day, until then, you just count your blessings that I'm still on Mayhem. One day, you and I will get the chance to stand across the ring from one another. When that night finally comes, I will do to you just like I did to Mr. Showtime before you decided to involve yourself in grown folks business. When I left Revolution, I saw assurance in your eyes, as time goes on Liam, that arrogance will fade to doubt. Doubt that you won't be able to resist the force coming over you. Just when that doubt seems that it has become too much, it will then turn to fear. A fear for something you cannot see. A fear for something you cannot stop, and most importantly Liam, a fear for something that you just simply cannot destroy! One day we'll see each other again Liam, next time it won't be on such casual terms. You can count on that. For right now though, I want you to look at the rest of the Gods Among Men and see if you still remain the top dog. See if you're still in the favor of Alexander Stryfe. He reminds me of another big name, he uses men like mules to get his agenda completed. When he's gotten all of the work he can from you, Stryfe will then put you out to pasture. Where will you be than Liam? Where will you be when The Gods Among Men are no longer watching your back? I'll tell you where you'll be left, you'll be left in a part of your career where you are your most vulnerable. That is when I will look you square in the eyes and send you back to whatever godsend you came from. The countdown until your reckoning has begun. Your day of reckoning is soon to follow. Until then Liam.......Until then......

~ Alex Liddel walks away from Monica Mancuso, stewing over Liam's action as Monica looks nervous as the camera now fades again to black. ~

Scene Three: Sorry About Your Luck!!!!

~ The camera opens up one final time to show the empty insides of a local gym. The sounds of metal clanging together can be heard in the distance. The camera roams around the gym until finally, the camera catches Alex Liddel holding 50lb. dumbells, and doing pushups. The sweat pours from Liddel as he finishes his reps. The camera then switches to show Alex Liddel running around a track at the University of Alabama. The camera now shows Alex Liddel training inside the wrestling ring. Slam after slam, finally showing a Frostbite spear, followed by the Cold Shoulder from Alex Liddel before the familiar voice of Matt Moore comes over the scenes. ~

:: Matt Moore ::
Six foot, six inches tall. Two hundred and ninety-two pounds. When you see a man of this size, normally your mind would race. Your adrenaline would begin to pump as you tried to wrap your mind around the possibilities. For one man, that sensation is enhanced times two. This week on Thursday Night Mayhem, the substitute Impact Tag Team Champion, Xavier Cage is forced to defend his newly acquired titles againt the two men he got lucky to sneak them from. Southern Discomfort is no longer just looking for gold, they want Xavier's blood. Tune in this Thursday Night to watch all of the Mayhem unfold. Xavier Cage defends his titles again Alex Liddel and Chaos. Will Southern Discomfort prove that Cage's victory last week was only a fluke? Will Liddel finally be able to release all this pent up rage he has been bottling up for the past month? Tune in Thursday Night and see for yourself as the European Wrestling Federation presents Mayhem, Live from Talladega, Alabama. 11/10c.

~ The camera now changes one final time to show Alex Liddel standing outside of the Talladega Super Speedway on his cell phone. The camera zooms in on his head as Liddel is apparently raging mad. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT?! HE'S YOUR BOY!

........

Alex Liddel ::
NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME BUDDY, IF YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN, YOU NEED TO STOP SCREWING ME AROUND!

........

:: Alex Liddel ::
I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU SCREW ME LIKE THAT AGAIN, YOU CAN KISS ALL YOUR HARD WORK GOODBYE! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!

........

:: Alex Liddel ::
LOOK, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR STORIES ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. I JUST WANT TO SEE RESULTS.

........

:::: Alex Liddel ::
Well I'm going to get off here, I have some stuff to take care of. It better get done dude, that's all I'm saying.

~ With that said, Alex flips his cellphone shut, puts it in his pocket and begins pacing back and forth. As the camera zooms out, Liddel is seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans, and some tan Timberland workboots. Liddel begins talking to himself as the camera catches it all. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Okay, calm down, Alex. There's more important matters going on right now. That was Last night, this is tonight. As we move closer to move, we move to Southern Discomfort get back what we never should have lost. That lucky son of a bitch Cage grabbed an opportunity when Chaos had other matters to tend to. Well I'm pretty sure Chaos is back in his element this week, ready to regain his half of the Impact Tag Team Championships. I almost want a piece of myself to feel bad for Cage, having to fight us off not once but twice in a row, that's got to be rough on the body. Either way though, Xavier, your task for Thurday night is not an easy one.

~ Just then, Alex Liddel notices the camera and starts to walk inside. The camera follows him through the arena doors and down the first corridor. When Alex gets to the end of the corridor, he spins around and looks into the camera. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Okay, is this what you want? You want me to cut a promo with some attitude? Well listen to me you good for nothing piece of shit. I'm honestly tired of you and your other camera handling retards following me around as I try to live a normal life. Well we'll skip all the cat and mouse and we'll get this over with. Xavier Cage, I can hear the hesitation in your words. I know that you are trying to come across as confident in your abilities to do the unthinkable twice, but I promise you now Cage, you don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of walking away from Mayhem holding those belts. Enjoy it while it lasts because as god as my witness, I will insure that you not only lose them, but you regret the day you put your name in the hat. You'll still be able to compete, otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it. You will be forced to dance through the ball of low-card, show opening matches for the rest of your career. This is no longer about those titles that you cover your shoulders with, oh no. This is now about retribution. It's about redemption. You have earned the favor of the powers that be when you've done what seemed impossible. You have given me my first loss ever in my career, for that, I can't let you go unpunished. You see Mister Cage, when you ran out of that ring with my title over your shoulder, you showed that there is a flaw in me, a way to stop the seemingly unstoppable. Now is my time for redemption! I'll be damned if you, Liam Alexander, or anyone else for that matter thinks they can stop me. A new fire burns throughout the man before you. A fire that will not soon be extinguished.

~ Alex turns around and makes a right, heading down the corridors again. Alex sees Anthony Tolly standing outside of the Audio/Visual room, looks bak at the camera and sarcastically smirks. Alex stops next to Tolly, and the camera stops in front of them both. Alex looks at Tolly, then back to the camera. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Well if it ain''t EWF inteviewer Anthony Tolly, how convenient that you'd be here right about now.

:: Anthony Tolly ::
Well actually, I wa......

:: Alex Liddel ::
Doesn't matter now, here's your chance to ask whatever questions you've got in mind about this upcoming Mayhem. So let's get this over with.

~ Anthony quickly adjusts his tie and stands up straight, beginning the interview with Liddel. ~

:: Anthony Tolly ::
Well okay, First off Alex, this past Revolution you we.....

:: Alex Liddel ::
I said Mayhem Tolly, Mayhem. Are you deaf?

~ Anthony quickly shakes his head. ~

:: Anthony Tolly ::
um, um, no sir, actually, okay, let's do this. This week on Mayhem, you will be given the opportunity, um, along with your partner Chaos, to face off against Xavier Cage. A man that snuck by last Mayhem, escaping with the EWF Impact Tag Team Championships. On top of that, Xavier Cage.....ended.....your....undefeated........streak.

:: Alex Liddel ::
There we go Tolly, ask the real questions. You want to know how I feel about Xavier's accomplishment? Okay Anthony, let's look at it like this. Well every srtay dog gets a bone once in a while right? Well Xavier's found and his bone, and just like every stray dog, it's time to put him down. There will be no saving yourself, I won't allow you to try to get disqualified in order to save your titles, uh-uh. No, I'm going to keep you in my sights.I'm going to watch you flop around like a fish out of water as I slowly, painfully, and brutally take away every chance you've got, one by one, by one, until the only left for you to do is stare at the rafters and make peace with your fate. Evey man has to one day do it, some just have to do it, sooner than others. Your time as a champion is coming to a grinding halt at Mayhem. Whether Chaos is in the zone or not this week doesn't really matter. All that matters now is you, getting within arm's reach of me.

~ Anthony Tolly appears a little more nervous as he prepares for his next question. ~

:: Anthony Tolly ::
Okay Alex, well that is something else I would like to ask you about. Alexander Stryfe has been named the new Director of Authority here in the European Wrestling Federation, which means that he now has free reign over BOTH Revolution AND Mayhem. Since you two have been seen speaking in the past, what are your plans for the future?

~ Alex Liddel looks at Tolly and smirks as he begins to answer Anthony's question. ~

:: Alex Liddel ::
Well Tolly, it's like this. I don't care if Alexander Stryfe became the new Owner or President of the EWF, there is nothing he can do to me that I won't be able to bring back on him, you understand me. Whatever Stryfe's got planned for me in the future, that's all on him. For right now, I'm going to go out there each and every night and prove why I am as bad as I want to be. So Mr. Stryfe, as I recall, we had a deal. I was granted a shot at the top title in this business. Now don't worry, I don't want that shot yet, I just want to make sure you don't forget. When I decide I want that title, believe me, you'll know. There'es nothing that you, De Luca, even Mikey Sparks can do to me, that won't have represscussions. So do what you must, but keep in mind these words, Karma is a two-sided coin. One the one side, glory, fame, perfection, on the other side is despair, wrath, war. The coin's in the air, which side will it land? I suppose that's up to you.

:: Anthony Tolly ::
Okay well one final question before I head out of here. With Chaos' current state, do you think it will play an important factor in your Impact Tag team Championship re-match?

:: Alex Liddel ::
Honestly Anthony, I have considered that and frankly, it doesn't matter if Chaos is in the right mindframe for a rematch when I will unleash enough hell for the both of us. Xavier Cage is in for what may be the most important match in his entire career. He faces a man that has become rage personified. Fire burns in these eyes and ice runs though these veins. If you think for one damn second that you can stand up against that Mister Cage, you will have nobody to blame but yourself when the inevitable occurs. You are in for the fight of your life when you step into the ring with me now Xavier. I won't make the same mistake I made last week and doubt your abilities. Unfortunatley for you young blood, I noticed a few flaws in your style. I plan on capitalizing on those flaws at Mayhem, and when I do, you can bet you're going to be left cold as Southern Discomfort walks away as the two time Impact Tag Team Champions. That you can guarantee. I'm going to leave you alone now Cage to ponder your next words, but please, for your own sake, keep this in mind. You never know what lurks behind every dark corner, down at the end of every dark alley. At Mayehm, you will come face to face with the biggest dog in this yard. One ring, you and me, nothing between us but air and opportunity. Will you be able to stand the pressure? Will you be able to walk away a winner twice in a row? I seriously doubt it Cage so you better prepare for the worst, even though it stil won't be enough. Godd night folks, now leave me alone!

~ Alex Liddel walks away as the scene now fades to black, ending Liddel's final promo. ~
