We come back from the break, to see Johnny London in the ring. The Harris Arena is rather quiet, as no one seems to care much about the jobber. As London bounces around, getting warmed up... "King of Kings" by Motorhead hits the speakers, drawing cheers from the crowd. Jim Ross: Well we saw King taping his hands up backstage, I guess he's getting ready for a match right now with London! Jesse Ventura: Johnny London isn't in a good position right now. A lot of times King is sitting around, laughing, and having fun. Just now, we saw a very serious King, and he was looking to fight. Johnny isn't about to wrestle, he is about to fight. The curtain moves, and the fans cheers grow louder as The King steps out, carrying his Crown. He looks around the Harris Arena, as he stands on the stage. He then holds his arms out, and shouts, before all four turnbuckles explode. The missile pyros soar through the air, colliding with the stage, setting off two large explosions on both sides of King. He shouts once more, as smoke starts to surround him. Jim Ross: I'd have to say King does look full of energy right now. London is going to want to watch himself in there. King starts down the ramp, bumping past the fan's hands. He doesn't focus on anything except Johnny London in the ring. London looks a bit nervous, as King starts to spin Linn's Black bat. He reaches the ring, and places the bat underneath a bottom turnbuckle. He then slides in, standing on the opposite side of Johnny London. Jesse Ventura: The ref better get that baseball bat, or Johnny London may not be standing very long. The ref doesn't seem to notice it though, as "King of Kings" fades out. London stops warming up, and looks across the ring at King. The ref looks at both men, who nod... signaling they are ready. The bell rings and the ref backs off. Before London can even react, King charges across the ring, tackling him to the mat. He starts to pound away, sending fists into the skull of London. London tries to cover himself up, but King continues to punch. The ref starts a five count, and King waits until four to stop. Jim Ross: You can almost see the fury in King's eyes. Damage Inc, Calypso, and Vexon all should be watching this. Jesse Ventura: They probably are, if this King really is born again... they'll want to try and figure him out. King backs off long enough for London to get up, but as soon as he does he moves back in. He grapples with London, pushing him back into the corner. King releases the grapple, but starts to fire away with chops, receiving "Woooooooo's!" from the Harris Arena. King backs up a few feet, and then runs toward London, looking for a spear. London jumps out of the way though, and King's shoulder collides with the ring post! Jim Ross: London may of saved his chances at winning there. King groans in pain, and stumbles out of the turnbuckle. He turns around, and is knocked down by a high-flying dropkick. London dives in, looking for a pin. He only gets a one count before he is almost tossed away by King. London makes it to one knee, but Egon is already up, and leaps forward, hitting a clothesline on the jobber. King starts to unload punches on London once again... waiting until another four count. He makes it to his feet, and shouts to the crowd. They cheer back, and King pounds his chest. Jim Ross: King is getting pumped up here! Jesse Ventura: He looks focused... I think realizing he was such a loser really built him up! London looks a bit shaken as he makes it to his feet. He turns around to see King in the other corner. He's crouching down a bit, and motions for London to bring it. London doesn't think twice about it, and sprints toward King. London attempts an enziguri, but King catches the first kick, slamming London down in a spinebuster! The fans cheer once again, as London is back down. Jim Ross: King is just dominating this young kid! King kicks London over, so he is laying on his stomach. He then locks in what looks like a Throne, but places his free knee in the back of London. London yells out in pain, as King pulls viciously. After about five more seconds of the hold, London is forced to tap out, giving the win to King. Jim Ross: And that's the end of that! What kind of submission move was that? Jesse Ventura: I don't know, but Johnny could certainly tell you what it felt like! The bell rings, but King doesn't let go. He keeps the hold in, as London continues to tap. The ref starts to shout at King, who only roars back. The bell continues to ring, but King doesn't pay any attention. London eventually stops tapping, as it seems he is starting to lose conscious. Jim Ross: You can let him go now, the damn match is over! You're going to cripple the poor kid! Jesse Ventura: I really do hope King's opponents are watching, because this move could be their downfall on monday. The ref tries to pull King away from London. On the third tug, he lets go of London, but then kicks the referee in the gut. He then follows the kick with a Modified Coronation! The fans go wild as the ref is knocked out cold, lying next to Johnny London. Jim Ross: My gawd! King is taking out everyone in the ring! King yells once again, and grabs his baseball bat. He turns around, eying his motionless victims. It look like he might start swinging, but then shakes his head, and drops the bat. "King of Kings" hits the PA system, and Egon jumps onto the top turnbuckle. He motions a belt around his waist, telling the people the Tag Championship will soon be his. The fans cheer, as the "born again" King holds his arms out... letting out one final ferocious roar. |
