Reading the card for next weeks show Guilty smiles. She gives a little laugh and continues reading on. Reading to herself: Match number four, a triple threat match! Way to go Guilty. Heading to her locker room she closes the door behind her. About ten minutes pass and Guilty exits her locker room in what appears to be her exercising clothes. A light pink sports bra with matching shorts. Her hair was pulled back into a simple pony tail. Pulling a cigarette out of her purse she lights it up. She also decides to whip out her ipod, exercising isn’t complete without it. Taking a pull from her cigarette Guilty heads into the exercise room. Taking one more pull she ashes it out in the little butt hut which is provided in the exercise room. Instantly Guilty places the headphones into her small ears and cranks up the volume. To start out she runs a mile on the fake painted car lane, which requires twelve laps to equal one mile. Of course some of the men working out stare as Guilty rushes around the track, but she just ignores them. Thinking to herself: I have to make sure I condition damn well. This triple threat match is very important. If I win this match I will be the number one contender for the Women’s Championship! I need to make sure I go in this match with a clean, stress free mind. Guilty laughs and thinks to herself: I know what could help me with that… Guilty goes on to think back about her wild partying nights… ANYWAY. Maybe I should start practicing more moves, which would make me less predictable! I defiantly will… maybe one of the other wrestlers will teach me some new kick ass moves. The song changes to ‘Wait and Bleed’ by Slipknot. Guilty starts bobbling her head as she slows her pace, she just finished her twelfth lap. Stepping on a blue mat Guilty then lies down and holds a twenty five pound ball between her arms and on her stomach as she begins her sit ups and counts in her head… 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7…. 8…. 9…. 10….. 11….. 12….. 13…… 14…… 15…… 16……. 17……. 18……. 19…….. 20…….. 21…….. 22…….. 23……… 24……… 25! Dayum! I’ll be sore in the morning. Slowly rising off the mat Guilty turns around and begins her push ups. 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6…. 7…. 8…. 9…. 10….. 11….. 12….. 13….. 14….. 15…… 16…… 17…… 18……. 19……. 20……. 21……. 22…….. 23…….. 24…….. 25. Strong arms to lift the heavier girls! Over by a TV is a blue mat, Guilty pops in another tape. It is a how to break-dance tape. Well, I can exercise and have fun. This will be great training and I’ll be able to kick it like Michael Jackson! Whew… As Guilty positions herself to begin she turns her ipod off and concentrates on the video…
