Question to:

~Milky Star~ Generation 1's Hinaki:

Are there any ways to improve your singing? Lately, I have been feeling very off-tune, and for some reason, I shiver whenever I hear myself sing.

Is it just me, or am I going through some kind of stage in Singer Disease?

*worried* :unsure:

Singing is the only way I escape from the hellish experiences at school!!!!

:( :angry: :ph43r: <_< :blink: :unsure: :o

@Reply to Tomokyo

I also sometimes suffer from flat notes ^^
What I do to improve on my notes is first, I listen to the original song repeatly. Then after I record myself, I listen to it and compare it to make sure I am hitting the correct notes ^^

If you listen to lots of songs and also sing a lot AND listen to your singing repeatly, I think it helps best in improving singing ^^

@Hinaki

LOL.

Thanks Hinaki.

It's just that sometimes I'm so fustrated I start singing the first song in my mind, hoping that it would reduce my stress.

LOL, however, all it does is add to my fustration... XD

:lol:

@maya

personally, I can't say since I lived in US since I was young and i also do have an accent myself XD

but most of people, their accent is quite good- there would be no problem of an average japanese to understand our singing. (except for some words that are hard to pronounce or some words that are mis-pronounced)

I was wondering....I am taking Japanese this year as a course XD

So is this correct grammar?

"Konnichi wa,

Hajimemashite watashi wa Anna desu.
Watashi wa juu yon sai desu.
Dozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

Onamae wa?"

@anna

it is all correct in grammer wise- but the last "onamae wa?" was a little weird XD
are you asking someone else their name right after your introduction?
if you are, you might want to ask politely since you were using the "masu" "desu" forms- (which are considered polite).

so more like "Onamae wa nandesuka?"

also watashi wa anna desu is correct (I am anna) but it might be more smoother to say watashi no namae wa anna desu (my name is anna).

@Zoey:

If you live in Hong Kong how do you speak English so fluently? You even went onto typing computer lingo!

@Hinaki:

Is this correct? (There's this new Japanese person at my school and I wanna become friends, but she looks scared of me... TT-TT)

"Konnichiwa, Mizuho-san! Watashi no namae wa Joy desu~ Watashi wa juu-ni sai desu... Hajimemashite, Dozo Yorishiku onegaishimasu~"

PS: Takoyaki te suteki da~

XD XD

BTW, what does dozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu really mean?
