So this "Rogue Trader" thing apparently has nothing to do with Sarbanes-Oxley

I've been having this casual thing with this intern chap from down the street. (Not OUR intern. That doesn't actually fly here.) Anyway, at one point I casually ask whey he won't schedule anything on Saturdays, and I can immediately tell he doesn't want to say anything. So I yank his chain a bit, and eventually he says he has a "role playing group." When I express surprise at not being invited, he looks even more confused. Turns out this version of roleplaying has nothing to do with "I'm a bad girl who needs smiting."

So apparently he goes to this other fellow's apartment, with some other people, and they roll dice, and things? Anyway, I'm going next Saturday. Anyone know about this? How do I win? More importantly, how do I dress? I mean, there's informal and then there's informal and then there's handcuffs, you know?

It sucks that average people have to go through life and earn a nice afterlife before they get to stay with their loved ones forever.

The arrogant dicks list of the elven subtypes look very different
Just out of curiosity, how might you rank them in terms of arrogance? I don't really have any experience with elven subtypes other than high, gray, and drow.

Is that so? I haven't met anyone from my family other than my grandparents, but according to the stories my grandfather told me of his family back in Britain, gray elves are even more arrogant and aloof than high elves.

Perhaps things have changed though. 1630 was a long time ago.

Zen, yes, I've just looked that up. Sounds fascinating. Experiential wisdom rather than theoretical knowledge.

I'll research it further once I'm done investigating '4chan', which Bloodrage linked me to.

For your own sake, stay away from /b/ and /d/.

Eh, /b/ is hardly as bad as it used to be, and /d/ is nothing compared to gurochan. Neither should be too terrible.
