So this "Rogue Trader" thing apparently has nothing to do with Sarbanes-Oxley

I've been having this casual thing with this intern chap from down the street. (Not OUR intern. That doesn't actually fly here.) Anyway, at one point I casually ask whey he won't schedule anything on Saturdays, and I can immediately tell he doesn't want to say anything. So I yank his chain a bit, and eventually he says he has a "role playing group." When I express surprise at not being invited, he looks even more confused. Turns out this version of roleplaying has nothing to do with "I'm a bad girl who needs smiting."

So apparently he goes to this other fellow's apartment, with some other people, and they roll dice, and things? Anyway, I'm going next Saturday. Anyone know about this? How do I win? More importantly, how do I dress? I mean, there's informal and then there's informal and then there's handcuffs, you know?

...You know, as cute and innocent looking as you are, I always forget about the whole alien mindset thing.
What's so alien about being able to appreciate art?

>dead mutilated bodies
>art
About that...
you can do art with dead mutilated bodies.
I have galleries of that.

You can't tell me there isn't a certain artistry to the dead. The patterns of blood splatter, the ways in which the blade cleaves flesh and bullet breaks bone the vibrant colors of internal organs, the way the different bodily fluids mix and combine... It's all really quite beautiful, when done right.

I'm fine with this, but promise me that next time, there won't be any Earth-shattering battles with ancient wyrms and unspeakable horrors from beyond time? I don't think I can handle another nervous breakdown like that.

Everything up to when the drop bears attacked was, yes.

After that, it was pure terror.

You know, now that it was a while ago that we derailed the hell out of this thread. I'm actually kind of curious how Alystins RT session went.
