I do not have a "hobby" of sorts as I am unable to enjoy things since my raising, yet this seems the right place to adress this. For me there is only my work, and with my work come my weapons. My rune weapon is a claidheamh mòr which The Master had claimed from a Scottish nobleman. During the centuries I have collected many weapons, and have learned to forge them myself. Unfortunately they have significantly lost use over the centuries, and everyone uses firearms now. Do any of you have knowledge about projectileless weapons, either their use or their forging? |

Edit: Illy, I don't know anything about mele, and I can tell as well. It's honestly a bit trashy, that 'clothing'. It would never stay on in a fight. Edited by Inanity_Check, Mar 27 2012, 10:24 AM.

They don't. Most prefer full body armor. |

What is this? You mean a sawtooth sabre? Because that doesn't look like it'd be at all useful for training for that weapon. |

I prefer a Zhanmadao, a horse hewing saber, when fighting mounted enemies. Polearms have their merits, but become less useful at short range. |

Funny you should say that: back during the second World War, a war forged briefly traveled with my party and used one of those De-horsing swords... Namely against motorcyclists and anyone driving a roofless car (or canvas top) and an alarming number of hard top cars. |
