Yeah, it seems like Keira is the English historical movie actress of the moment. I think she does a good job, and is believable in her roles. She seems to be able to play equally well in whatever historical period she's portraying. I thought she fit the role of Cecilia well. |

I think it's a good move that KK has decided to move away from the Pirate movies. The roles that she's been taking on have a maturity and depth to them, so I think she's trying to move towards those kinds of roles. |

Did anyone see Christian Bale in "Rescue Dawn" (came out July 2007)? I really want to see that. |

Saw "There Will Be Blood." I really liked it. It was a great psychological movie while still leaving a lot open to interpretation. Daniel Day-Lewis was freakin' awesome. He rocked that movie out. Gorgeous cinematography too. |

I wrote this on Jan 8th--crazy how fast things change: "Can't wait for Dark Knight. Christian Bale is a hot Batman. And Heath Ledger in the same movie. Yum!" I'm still very sad about Heath Ledger. |

I saw some of his joker clips - very dark. His story is really very sad. I stopped watching the Entertainment News because it's so sad. |

Me too. I kept crying, so have stopped watching. The worst was when they kept showing his body being carried out on a stretcher. That was horrible to see. |

Yeah - I really can't believe the media sometimes. And they keep publishing/showing shots of his family dealing with their grief - and I just feel so bad for them. He obviously was loved a great deal. And it's so sad to see how much integrity he had as a person and how committed he was to his craft - only to see it end so early for him. Every time I see a picture of him with his daughter, I start crying. |

I have been so focused on hot Christian Bale and Heath Ledger being in Dark Knight, that I completely missed that Gary Oldman will be in it too. I love him! He is one of my fave actors ever. I can't wait to see these 3 awesome acting talents in the same movie. |

I really liked 27 Dresses. James Marsden was so adorable! I loved the bar scene when they were singing. And those dresses! They were hideous! |

This weekend I watched 3 movies: The Russell Girl (hallmark movie they showed on CBS a couple of weeks back or something) - I really liked it. Tearjerker Stranger Than Fiction - the movie was bizarre but I did like it. Wild Hogs - sucked big time. After about 30-45 minutes in, I watched it on fast forward. |

the dresses really were awful...but i loved the dress and bar scenes the best. Juno was so good. Ellen Paige (sp?) was fantastic. It was really a real movie. |

Saw Juno today - I didn't think I would like it, but I LOVED it. I cried like a baby at the end. I wasn't feeling the beginning, but totally warmed up to it. |
