I'm itching to see Star Trek. Iffy about Angels & Demons since the reviews were bad from people who read the book.

We watched Star Trek today. LOOOOOVED IT! I was never into the television series, but the movie was great. Casting was perfect and storyline very well developed. I loved the interaction between Spock and Kirk - very amusing and entertaining.

Karl Urban - love my LOTR alumni. :) He did a good job in his role too. And Eric Bana - rarely see his as the "bad guy" I prefer the hero. :)

Finally saw Twilight. It had it's good moments. And some definite not so good points - though some of those were so bad they were almost good.

What? Didn't you like how Edward sparkled? LOL! I hope they improve that in the next movie.

Yeah. :lol Loved the sparkle. It looked like someone was playing in Photoshop and/or After Effects and over pixelated Robert Pattinson. Which only served to make me laugh. They should have let the make up artist handle the sparkle.

I think Catherine Hardwicke was the wrong choice for director - she just didn't seem to get it.

ITA! I was thrilled that Catherine was replaced.
I liked the movie because it brought the characters to life - but I totally thought their was more potential. I was pissed off when....

didn't like Angels & Demons. Again, changed way too much...too too much. Maybe i'll go see Star Trek sometime this weekend or next week if it's still out.

Just posted my movie review of My Sister's Keeper on the MBB Blog.
Read the book - it's MUCH better.

Disappointing. The movie was good until the end. Leave it to Hollywood to screw up the one key moment in the book.

Saw Transformers - action packed, fast moving story. But not that different from the first.
I still enjoyed it though. :)

I loved Transformers...I still get chills watching Optimus Prime. And I love bumblebee. I'm so not a fan of Shia Labouf or Megan Fox. I can just mute them after I own it.

Don't think i'll go see My Sister's Keeper. The ending of that book still makes me angry. I get it, but don't like it.
