Don't generally watch alot of movies.. I'm too busy with TV shows. But I had to pipe in on the Channing Tatum love! That is one hot guy! I saw Step Up in the theatre because I got free movie passes from work (I think it's a movie linked with Disney). And because I work in a company full of guys, it was easy to get the passes (generally we have to fight over them or do a lottery system). I thought the movie was cute. But I just recently saw the teen flick She's the Man. We watched it because my husband's cousin has a small part in it. And much to my delight, Channing was in it. He was as hot as ever in the movie. The movie was okay.. it's really for the "tween" audience.. but i had to say that I was laughing like crazy through it, so it's a good "tween" movie. But, really it didn't matter... I got to look at him through it. HOT! |

Saw Children of Men over the weekend. I liked it a lot. It is a very creepy view of the world's future. And I love Clive Owen! Saw The Libertine 2 weeks ago. Did not like it, even though I love Johnny Depp. It had a lot of potential, and was ok in the beginning, but it turned really weird and stupid. Finally saw Rob Roy last weekend. I loved it! Loved Liam Neeson! If you're an Outlander fan, you've gotta see that movie. |

borrowed Invicible, Rent and Devil Wears Prada from the kid i tutor. Invincible was good, though I hate the Eagles, the story is sweet. Devil Wears Prada was ok...i prefer Ugly Betty's version of a fashion show/movie. Have yet to see Rent. Anyone else want to watch Catch and Release. I love Jen Garner still...she seems like such a genuine and down to earth person...though not thrilled she's with Ben Affleck, still like her a lot. |

Saw Freedom Writers over the weekend. Great movie - right along the lines of Lean on Me. Cried throughout the entire movie. |

I love Masterpiece Theater's adaptations. They are the best book versions, IMO. They just aired Jane Eyre. I saw this coming up. Sophia Myles was Isolde in Tristan and Isolde, wasn't she? I liked her. Dracula Sunday, February 11, 2007 Lord Holmwood is marrying his sweetheart Lucy, but he hides a terrible secret. He has syphilis, so cannot consummate the marriage without infecting his bride. Desperate to find a cure, he seeks out an occult priest who tells him of a legendary being with extraordinary powers who lives in Transylvania -- Count Dracula. If Dracula could be persuaded to come to England, he could cleanse him of his corrupted blood... Marc Warren stars, along with Sophia Myles, David Suchet and Rafe Spall in Stewart Harcourt's stylish, sexy new adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic tale of horror. |

Watched The Benchwarmers over the weekend. It was funny, but very silly and definitely a lot of gross-out humor. |

Finally saw ATL on cable. We really liked it, loved all the ATL refs. It was well done, and TI was a cutey as usual. I really wanted him to be a rapper though--instead he draws comics in the movie. Bought The Departed, and watched again. Love, love that movie! Best movie I've seen since Brokeback Mountain. Totally gushing on Leo's hotness too. |

I had my sister watch The Departed over the weekend, she enjoyed it but at the end she just said "This movie is.................interesting". LOL! She was a little surprised that everyone was killed off. I thought Jack N. stole the movie though. I loved him in his role. And drool over Leo. I was watching old eppies of Growing Pains and was laughing at the Leo episodes. He was a cutie even then. |

Yeah, Jack was his usual scene stealing self. But, for me lots of the others stole scenes and held their own against Jack. That's why the acting in this movie is so great, and if it doesn't win the Best Pic Oscar, I don't know what's wrong with Hollywood. Loved Mark Wahlberg!--he was a total scene-stealer. Keeping my fingers crossed for him at the Oscars, even though I love Eddie Murphy and I liked Djimon Hansou in Blood Diamond. Isn't the ending crazy? So many Hollywood movies tow the line and have stupid, predictable endings. Probably why I also loved this movie. I did not see the ending coming at all. And loved, loved MW killing Matt Damon. I usually like Matt Damon, but truly hated him in this movie. |

I really want to see the Zodiac killer. But it's too close to home, and I'd be scared to walk to my car or anything. LOL! The history of it is interesting though. They never caught the killer, but the prime suspect died earlier this year. |
