I think this year is more diverse in its choices than in recent memory. I definitely have favorites, but am excited to see the awards in general. |

I just like to watch the fashions. I never see most of the movies nominated at the Oscars - so I'm always out of the loop. I do hope Leonardo Di Caprio takes the award home - but he never gets selected. |

I really haven't seen many movies this time around, a lot are on my list, but have yet to see. Funny thing is, i have no desire to see Babel. |

Me either A. But anything having to do with Brad Pitt is a turn off to me. If he weren't involved, I'd probably watch it. LOL! |

I can't even watch Troy anymore!! And I used to love that move. Eric Bana is the only saving grace for it. |

oh i can watch that movie. Eric Bana is too good in it. amazing how i cant stand Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt anymore. sorry, but Angelina Jolie was so nasty at the Golden Globes..it almost felt like she thought she was too good to be there. Suck it up and deal with it. you make tons of money b/c people come to see your movies, atleast act like you care. ugh. |

ITA - I thought she was pretty stand offish.
<_< Gimme a break. The only reason you can be so charitable is because of the fans who support your work! Take her charity work away, IMO, she's not all that great of a person. She still pursued a married man. Just a tad bit hypocritical considering she condemns her father for cheating on her mom. Again, JMO. |

Yeah, not as much of a fan of Brad Pitt as I used to be. I don't totally despise him yet, but after he got with Angelina, he was pretty much off the map for me. I have no desire to see Babel. It doesn't look good to me. I love Cate Blanchett, and might see it eventually cuz of her. I hope Leo wins too. He totally deserves it. |

Thanks Mary! I'll be looking forward to seeing what happens with the whole ceremony and who wins what. I've seen 3 out of the 5 best pic noms. I still want to see Michael Clayton though. I think I'll pass on Juno. It doesn't interest me in the least. Even though I'd love for Viggo to win (he was awesome in Eastern Promises) I think Daniel Day-Lewis will win. But, you never know... |

I like both Anne Hathaway and James Franco. And really really was hoping that it'd be fun to watch them. They fell flat IMO. James Franco felt too stiff and Anne Hathaway cheering and screaming for everyone grated on my nerves. I miss Billy Crystal!!! He's my all time favorite host. I can't really say much for who won since the only movies I've seen are Inception and Toy Story 3. I plan on seeing The King's Speech, The Fighter, Black Swan, The Kids Are All Right, 127 Hours, and Tangled. For some odd reason, I have no desire to see The Social Network. |

I didn't watch much of it. But I can say that Tangled was one of the cutest cartoon movies I've watched in a while. Definitely worth seeing. Especially fun if you have a little girl to go with. |

Netflix says it'll be available at the end of March. Looking forward to all of the nominated movies coming out on video in the next few months. |
