Crawfish Stew 3 tbsp butter 1 lrg onion chopped 1 small bell pepper chopped 2 stalks celery chopped ½ clove garlic minced 2 tbsp plain flour ½ cup tomato sauce 1/3 tsp hot sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Seafood seasoning to taste 1&1/2 cups water 2 lbs crawfish tailmeat Fresh hot cooked rice Using a dutch oven, melt butter, then add onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and sauté until tender…Add flour, stirring well to blend… Gradually add tomato sauce, seasoning, water, and crawfish tailmeat… Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes… |
