Crawfish Rice-a-Roni

Crawfish Rice-a-Roni

2 tbsp butter
1 lbs crawfish tailmeat
½ cup diced onion
¼ cup diced bell pepper
1 clove minced garlic
½ tsp seafood seasoning
1 pkg rice-a-roni

Saute crawfish, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and seasoning until crawfish are cooked… Use direction for
rice-a-roni, then stir in crawfish mixture… Serve hot…
