Crunchy White Perch Fillets

Crunchy White Perch Fillets

2 lbs white perch fillet’s
1 onion chopped
8 oz Italian salad dressing
2&1/2 cups potato chips crushed
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste

Lay fillets in bottom of a buttered baking dish… Sprinkle with onion… Spread salad dressing over onion
to cover fillets… Cover completely with potato chip crumbs… Bake at 350* for 35 minutes…
