Oyster Pie 1 Pint oysters drained save liquid 1 Egg 1 5 oz. Can evaporated milk 1 Stack Ritz crackers slightly crushed (don't crush them completely) 3 Tbsp butter Spray a 1 qt casserole dish with Pam… Starting with crackers, layer the oysters and crackers… Beat together the milk, egg and enough oyster liquid to equal 1 cup… Pour over oysters and crackers… Using a fork lift the oysters and crackers gently to allow the liquid all around Dot the top with butter… Bake at 350 for 25 min… Serve immediately… |
