Crawfish Casserole

6 slices bread
1lbs crawfish tailmeat diced
1 medium onion diced
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 heaping tbsp yellow mustard
5ozs evaporated milk
Seafood seasoning to taste
1/3 stick of butter

Break bread into small pieces… Combine with crawfish, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, and milk, stir until
well blended… Cover and refridgerate 2 hours to enhance flavor… Melt butter in casserole dish, then
add mixture… Bake at 350* for 45 minutes…
