Crawfish Fettucine 1 & 1/2 cups butter 1 pint half & half cream 1 lbs cubed velvetta cheese 4 tsp dried parsley 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped bell pepper wade's seafood seasoning to taste cooked fettucine pasta, medium pack 2lbs crawfish tails Put butter, onions, bell pepper in black iron pot and cook until tender... Add flour, cover cook for 15minute's stirring often... Add parsley, and crawfish and continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring often... Season to taste... Stir in half & half, and cheese, mix until cheese melts... Add cooked pasta and stir well... Serve with garlic bread, and apple pie for dessert... |
