Last Wednesday, Martyn was the victim of a van driver on the A6 near the Garstang traffic lights intersection. Martyn was in the cycle lane and had a flashing back light. The driver who initially didn't stop has since been apprehended.
Martyn suffered a broken hip, broken ribs and a punctured lung, and is currently in the Trauma unit at Preston Hospital.
Keep the faith Martyn!

I agree with all those who have posted above Martyn and I am sure that all those that know you from our club or other clubs will feel the same. It sounded nasty with your injuries - as well as the action of the driver
