AGAINST I generally oppose resolutions to ban weapons internationally because I think they are unenforceable. In the real world, there would be no way for an international body to eliminate an entire class of weapons. The best it could do is to restrict them and to impose sanctions on countries that use them against other members. |

AGAINST It could limit the use of radiation in medical use such as some x-rays and radiation therapy. It does not clarify on the difference between the weapons and medical tools. |
