Ok...wow that was a lot of articles. Anway, here is the final. I'd appreciate it if a few people would do a final spellcheck. I made some minor edits and improvements.
August Presidential Elections for Right to Life (by Ovybia)
Right to Life held their presidential elections for the WA delegate on August 1rst through 4th. Phydios, the Life Party candidate ran for a second term against Stellonia, an independent, who was currently serving as a senator and Texoma, a Conservative Federalist Party candidate who served as an early president of Right to Life. Ovybia hosted a debate in the offsite forums with Stellonia and Texoma. Phydios declined to participate. The main differences between the two candidates in the debate were Texoma's support for an increase in the number of senators which Stellonia opposed.
As the voting opened, Phydios and Texoma immediately took the lead fighting for a majority while Stellonia was left behind. However, the tides quickly changed when Stellonia gained support and passed up the other two candidates. Texoma who was left with the least votes of the three decided to drop out on the last day of voting and endorse Phydios. In the end, Phydios won the election for another term with a margin of one vote. After the election, Phydios thanked the voters and expressed respect for his opponents.
New Religious Interest Group in RTL (by Ovybia)
On August 20th, the Thomas Aquinas Society was officially formed as an interest group for the Catholic members of Right to Life. The group holds weekly Wednesday meetings at 7pm ET (6pm CT) in the regional chatroom. Everyone is invited. The group's purpose is the explanation and discussion of Catholic doctrine and how those principles apply to the principles of the pro-life cause and Right to Life. Non-Catholics who are interested in Catholicism are allowed to join through a guest membership program.
Culture of Life opens the regional Office of Labor (by Texoma)
Culture of Life opened the regional Office of Labor on July 31st, citizens of Right to Life can apply for a job in the Right to Life Army, Regional News Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Justice Court of Right to Life, Bank of Right to Life, and the Recruitment Office of Right to Life by putting in an application through the regional Office of Labor. Many citizens have already applied for jobs through this office so far, making it an overall success.
Court rules in favor of Right to Life Government in Ovybia v. Right to Life (by Texoma and Ovybia)
In a high profile case, Ovybia sued the Government of Right to Life on 4 counts, among them, his removal as Bank Director, claiming that he had been discriminated against. Ovybia's suit followed a controversial senate decision where Ovybia was removed from the Bank Director position only days after being appointed. After 9 days of deliberation, New Dolgaria, Justice of the Peace, ruled that the government, represented by Culture of Life, was not guilty on all 4 counts.
Ovybia appealed two of the counts to the RTL senate. Despite the fact that one of the senators admitted he had unfairly judged Ovybia during the vote to remove him, the appellant court (which consisted of two senators and a senate appointee) agreed with the Justice of the Peace finding the government not guilty.
Court rules in favor of Right to Life Government in West Appledale v. Right to Life (by Texoma)
In a more recent case, West Appledale sued the Government of Right to Life over the denial of her citizenship application. After 22 days of deliberations, New Dolgaria found the Government of Right to Life not guilty on the basis that the denial was done so with an abundance of caution (based on the fact that Isola of Life, another citizen, shared the same IP address with West Appledale).
Two new Political Parties formed in Right to Life (by Texoma)
On August 20, 2015, two new political parties were formed in Right to Life, the Libertarian Party of Right to Life and the Liberals for Life Coalition. The Libertarian Party was formed by Texoma and Stardusted Sky; the Liberals for Life Coalition was formed by Greater Gibraltar and the Rouge Christmas State.
Petition to expand the Right to Life Senate fails to reach a vote (by Texoma)
Texoma put forth a petition in order to amend the Right to Life Constitution (Article 4, Section 1, Article 4, Section 2, and Article 6, Section 3). The petition requested that the senate be expanded from 2 members to 4 members and the supermajority needed in the senate for certain votes as a correlation. However, in the petition process, the amendments failed to reach the 20% of citizens needed for the petition to move on to a regional referendum, thus the petition was dropped.
The Rouge Christmas State and Horatius Cocles elected to the Senate (by Texoma)
The regional Senate elections were held from October 1-4. The candidates were: Xinxian (Life Party), Horatius Cocles (Life Party), the rouge Christmas State (Conservative Federalist Party), Texoma (Libertarian Party), and No Serfdom (Libertarian Party).
During the election, Xinxian and Texoma both dropped out and endorsed the Rouge Christmas State. Subsequently, The RCS (Rouge Christmas State) and Cocles were elected as Senators.
The final results were, Cocles: 9 votes The RCS: 7 votes Texoma: 3 votes Xinxian: 1 vote. No Serfdom: 0 votes
The turnout for this election was 20 out of 34 eligible voters.

At the request of Texoma and Ovybia, I've reviewed the latest draft of the regional newsletter. I've removed three stories because they're too short to include, and I've edited the remaining stories. All we need now are five images to accompany our five stories. Hopefully, we can publish tomorrow or Friday.

I am about to open up an independent newspaper if I don't get a blurb about me becoming Bank Director. It was the best thing to happen to this region since HC decided to grace us with her presence and charm.

Also, I see that we both are attempting to rewrite the Ovybia v. RTL article. Can we agree on this:
In a high-profile court case, Ovybia sued the government of Right to Life after the regional Senate removed him as Director of the Bank of Right to Life just days after President Phydios appointed him. Ovybia filed on four causes of action against the government, including a claim that his dismissal from office was discriminatory and that the founder has a right to veto the senate's action. @Saint Peter -- We can have an article about the Regional Bank in the November newsletter.
@Ovybia -- There's not enough time to write an adequate West Appledale article. The case was relatively routine, and the plaintiff isn't even around anymore. Also, I don't think we should insert your views into the article on your lawsuit. Right now, all the article includes is facts. Namely, it reports what the judiciary decided.
How do these images look?

The article I wrote is all facts, no opinions. It just presents both sides of the case and includes more detail such as: "Ovybia sued the government of Right to Life after the regional Senate removed him as Director of the Bank of Right to Life just days after President Phydios appointed him." "Ovybia appealed the ruling and, although one of the senators admitted his decision was discriminatory, the appellant court affirmed the lower courts ruling 3-0."
There's nothing nonfactual about it. And objectively speaking, you should have nothing against including it. The below article includes both sides of the trial and has more detail. It should be a good compromise.

"Ovybia appealed the ruling and, although one of the senators admitted his decision was discriminatory, the appellant court affirmed the lower courts ruling 3-0."
There's nothing nonfactual about it. And objectively speaking, you should have nothing against including it. Stellonia "admitted" that he "was misinformed about Ovybia" and that his decision to vote for removal "was based upon public opinion." Objectively speaking, four out of four judges rejected the claim that this action constituted discrimination, so the line "although one of the senators admitted his decision was discriminatory" is factually wrong. Stellonia never said that he was a racist, a sexist, or the like.

Regional Founder Culture of Life (Christian Democrats) opened a new forum on the region's offsite board on July 31: an Office of Labor, where citizens of Right to Life can apply for jobs in the Right to Life Army, the Regional News Bureau, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Justice Court, the Bank of Right to Life, and the Recruitment Office. Many citizens have already applied for jobs through this new Office, making it an overall success for streamlining the further integration of citizens, new and old alike, into the regional community. The Ministry of Internal Affairs oversees the Office of Labor.

On August 20, the Thomas Aquinas Society was officially formed as Right to Life's first religious interest group. Established for Right to Life's Catholic citizens, the group holds informal Wednesday meetings open to Catholics as well as interested non-Catholics at 7 PM ET (6 PM CT) in the regional chatroom. The group's purpose is the explanation and discussion of Catholic doctrine and how Catholic social teaching applies in the context of the pro-life movement. Non-Catholics who are interested in Catholicism are allowed to be a part of the group through a guest membership program.
[big]Regional Government Wins Controversial Court Case (By Texoma)[/big]

In a high-profile court case, Ovybia sued the government of Right to Life after the regional Senate terminated his employment as Director of the Bank of Right to Life. There were four causes of action, including a claim that the dismissal from office was illegally discriminatory. After a nine-day trial, Justice of the Peace New Dolgaria ruled that the government, represented by regional Founder Culture of Life (Christian Democrats), had not violated any of Ovybia's legal rights. "The Senate's reasons for removing Ovybia," New Dolgaria wrote, "rely on the controversy surrounding his performance as Bank Director." Ovybia appealed the ruling but lost 3-0 with summary affirmation of the lower court's decision.

A regional senatorial election was held on October 1-4. There were five candidates: Xinxian (Life Party), Horatius Cocles (Life Party), the Rouge Christmas State (Conservative Federalist Party), Texoma (Libertarian Party), and No Serfdom (Libertarian Party). There was heavy campaigning before voting opened. During the election, Xinxian and Texoma both withdrew and endorsed the RCS. The final results were:
* The RCS: 9 votes (elected) * Cocles: 7 votes (elected) * Texoma: 3 votes * Xinxian: 1 vote * No Serfdom: 0 votes * None of the Above: 0 votes
The turnout was 20 out of 34 citizens. The RCS is serving as a senator for the first time while Cocles is returning to the Senate for a full four-month term after President Phydios appointed her to fill a vacancy in July. We need to distribute this newsletter this weekend. If your region has offsite forums, post this newsletter on its offsite forums. If your region does not have offsite forums, share our news dispatch with it (to be posted soon).
I'm contacting [nation]Oiseauland[/nation] and ReaganBush84 to see if they want to fill the two vacancies.
