With one vote in favor and none against, and two members absent, the Electoral Regulation Act passes.

I call for an immediate change to the Life Party charter which contains an error preventing members from disposing of their shares in the Life Party. The charter must be changed at once.
I propose this wording, "Life Party members agree that they will not sell or distribute in any way shares of the Life Party to non-members. Upon withdrawing from the Life Party, all the shares held by that member must be returned to a Life Party member. This is a legally binding agreement. By being a Life Party member, you agree to these terms."

Ovybia, that was no error.
"I propose this wording, 'Life Party members agree that they will not sell or distribute in any way shares of the Life Party to non-members. I'm not quite interested in going ahead with that.
EDIT: Besides, we haven't the authority to do so.
