Welcome to the Reactionary Traditionalist Front Recruitment Forum!

Please ask any questions you may have about the party and its policies or just Traditionalism or Distributist Ideology.

The Reactionary Traditionalist Front (RTF) is a political party in Right to Life that is a right-winged religious movement that advocates for a return to the Traditional values pre-French Revolution and the Enlightenment Era following 1789. These values are centered around God, sacramental religion, family, and other more conservative values. RTF is strongly anti-communist and follows legal moralism.

The economics of RTF are Distributist although capitalists are allowed. Distributists generally recognize the economic and ethical/moral downfalls of both capitalism and socialism. According to G. K. Chesterton, the ideology can be emulated in the phrase "Three acres and a Cow". This means that every family/man will have and own the means of production. This economic system is based on small businesses centered around the community. Furthermore reading on this ideology can be found in many Catholic Distributists such as C S Lewis, G K Chesterton, or Belloc.

Just sent an application note! Btw, the priest in my profile pic is a Chestertonian, if not an outright distributist (none of his writings mention the word), from my country. I run a blog dedicated to his writings here: http://horaciodelacosta.blogspot.com

Today freedom is everywhere admired; it is everywhere extolled; and it is everywhere in peril. It is in peril from communist subversion and conquest. But it is also in peril from the ever greater intrusion of government ― even of democratic government ― into those areas of life where government has no competence. It is in peril from the ever increasing attempts of government ― even of democratic government ― to tell us what we are to read, what we are to teach our children, how we are to conduct our schools, what classes of citizens may or may not participate in the discussion of public issues.

I just started reading your blog, very interesting stuff! I am ashamed I don't know more about Catholic history in Asian cultures.
