This is my worst case scenario...I'd almost take young over this kid. Mediocre at best middling starter in the NBA...damn

I like Mikal. I think he is a better fit on a team that's trying to make the playoffs, than a team like the Knicks that's years away.

You have a higher upside than he does...

I've said it a few times already, Mikal is my choice.

Knox has the higher ceiling, and is probably better suited to be "the guy". But Bridges is the safer pick and more NBA ready now. I also think he's a better 3 and D guy from what I read, but not sure if that's true or not.

I'd be happy with either pick though.

The Knicks are not in a position to be playing it safe. They need star caliber players. There's no guarantee Kevin Knox is going to be a star, but I think he's got a better shot.

He's already got a better frame, better athleticism, and a better touch around the basket. He just needs experience, and needs to learn the little things.

But whatever.

I can live with Mikal Bridges.

I don't think anyone at 9 is safe, risk taking any of these kids.

Though Bridges is my preference, I also see the benefit of going after Knox who could eventually be the main option, especially with Porzinigis' health a huge question mark.

I'm excited for tomorrow. And already bracing myself for some unknown Euro kid.
