Ibrahim al-Jafaari
Foreign Minister of Iraq

Delegates,

I come to you today to ask your assistance in combaring the evil that is threatening to overtake my great nation. The ISIS has taken large swaths of Iraq and enslaved those peoples. They have massacred and executed anyone who disagrees with their ideology. They have committed numerous war crimes and must be held accountable.

I am asking on behalf of the Iraqi people for your help in eliminating this evil from our land. If you would like to stand with and support the Iraqi people in their time of need we thank you for any assistance, no matter how big or small. I pray to Allah that nobody will stand against us, or try to hinder us in our fight with these terrorists.

I ask that those countries that are unable to aid directly will throw their nations full power behind UNSC Resolution 2170. This will hopefully assist in eliminating their source of funds as well as attempting to keep this evil from spreading.

Thank you for your time.

Deputy Prime Minister of KRG
Qubad Talabani

Fellow representatives, I am glad to inform you I will be leaving this discussion once again in the capable hands of Mr. Hoshyar as I have been invited, alongside other senior KRG officials to talks with Baghdad.

We hope these will be productive talks and that Baghdad and Erbil can reconcile the gulf which has split us recently and come up with a resolution to the issue at hand.

I thank you members of the coalition for your continued support.

Prime Minister - KRG
Massoud Barzani

Gentlemen I am delighted to say that the Deputy PM and myself have just returned from emergency talks with Baghdad, and both parties have completely diffused the situation and have put forward mutually accepted resolutions to solve our disputes. While I cannot state details yet, I can announce that the 50 Kurdish members of parliament will return to session this month to vote on the matter, and that the previous spectre of war between our two governments has been extinguished.

Mr. Barzani,

I am pleased with the announcement, I do however would like to receive confirmation from Baghdad as well. While I also would like to stress, that seeing the importance to the entire region, and to U.S. security, I expect that Washington will be provided with the details of the outcome of the talk. I look forward to hear from Erbil and Baghdad, through more private channels, what the exact outcome of the talks is.

It is indeed with pleasure that I announce a reconciliation agreement born from the Baghdad talks. Details of the agreement have been sent to Washington earlier today. It is a shame dialog was not opened sooner to have avoided the whole situation.

Mr. Barzani, Mr. al-Jafaari,

I express my satisfaction with the announcement, and I sincerely hope that a more permanent solution can be found for the various issues at hand. That being said I again offer the assistance of Washington in addressing the matter, if such is required. Washington is pleased that both parties are clear that the priority at the moment is the fight against Islamic State (IS), and I am confident this will be reflected in the agreement that is being discussed.

Sushma Swaraj
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Republic of India

Given the recent events in Kurdistan and Iraq, I must raise my concerns about the coalition unity. I do not want my troops to be participating in a power struggle between Kurdistan, Iraq, Turkey, and Iran. My troops are in Erbil ti provide medical assistance, Is the coalition on the same page regarding the IS? Or will it deteriate?

India is willing to stand firm in our commitments here, but only if the coalition remains firm.

Minister Swaraj, I can assure you that at no point in our disputes, did the KRG or Iraqi Army once consider stopping the fight against the IS, as they are an existential threat to all people in the Middle East. I have been told by my superiors that the settling of disputes is going very well, but several issues still need to be fine-tuned, however, they are confident that they will create a workable law to be passed by the Iraqi Parliament this month, and once again solidify the nation as a whole.

My government is willing to work with the unity government fully, now that they have approached us about settling our grievances and the tone has been nothing but reconciliatory. Even as we speak in this room, IA and Peshmerga forces are conducting or planning to conduct further operations and offensives to drive back the plague that has spread across our lands.

I would however like to change the discussion to a pressing concern, intelligence reports in the past seemed to indicate that Mosul too was hit by Smallpox and other, long-lasting WMD's aside from anthrax. We are concerned that our troops, on the border of Mosul city may become infected, and we urgently request that all coalition partners, spare as many MOPP or other WMD-suited personal wear for our troops. Our estimates state we would need between 20-40,000 sets of equipment to maintain the safety of the majority of our forces.

Julie Bishop

The Australian government is prepared to provide some of the requested items for the Kurdish Regional Government.
3,000 units of MOPP protective gear will be provided via the Royal Australian Air Force air drops in the Kurdish Regional Government's area of control as with previous supply drops.
General medical supplies will also be provided via the same method, and there will be an increase in general aid supplies.

The Australian government is also deploying an additional four FA18 Hornet's to it's operating base in the United Arab Emirates and they will be in the UAE within days.
It is our belief that ISIS's capability to fund it self should be targeted, such as oil infrastructure that has fallen into it's hands which is now providing it with a steady flow of funds.

Foreign Minister (Acting) - Sartaj Aziz

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has determined that forces currently deployed to Tallil AFB in Iraq would be of better service assisting Kurdish forces out of Erbil International Airport. Unless the Iraqi government requires the use of Pakistani assets against the Islamic State; assets which it has not to date utilized; this transfer will occur as soon as can be arranged.
