The governments of Japan and the Republic of Korea hereby agree to the following terms: Article 1 A full military alliance shall be formed. Article 2 Full military access will be extended by both parties. Article 3 The two parties will commit to peacefully resolving all outstanding issues which currently stand in the way of mutual co-operation, including the Liancourt rocks dispute. Please provide a few more details on the alliance and form some sort of Charter if possible. Take a quick look at something like the NATO Charter and adapt it as needed, just so we can assess what this means for the region. |

REJECTED - several calls have been made for more information, until this is provided no agreement will be in place. Please resubmit once the agreement is considered comprehensive enough, as in its current form it is too vague. |
