Parties: Russian Federation (here on known as Russia), The Federative Republic of Brazil (here on known as Brazil) Contract: I. Russia and Brazil agree to the mutual understanding that any Brazilian aircraft, missiles, or other un-intrusive weapon systems used against ISIS in Syria is not meant as a threat to Russia or Syria but rather to slow the progress, growth and power of ISIS as a whole. II. Brazil agrees not to participate in any attacks or actions against the government of Syria led by Bashar al-Assad or the Syrian military Conditions: Brazil is not to bring ships into Syrian waters or land units into Syrian territory. This mutual understanding automatically renews in 2021 unless objections are presented within a year of renewal. Shall be renewed for 10 years. Edited by Gabe, Jun 3 2015, 05:22 PM.

Approved There are no results from the agreement as few countries believe Brazil to be either capable of, nor willing to participate in, any form action in the Middle East. Edited by Chris, Jun 5 2015, 07:12 AM.
