Parties: The Republic of Turkey (here on known as Turkey) and the Federative Republic of Brazil (here on known as Brazil) Contract: I, Turkey agrees to host Brazilian Naval Vessels in it's ports and territorial waters in order to resupply and rearms Brazil's ships. II, Brazil agrees not to launch attacks from Turkish waters or ports unless in an act of self defense. Conditions: This agreement renews in 2021 unless objections are presented within a year of renewal. Shall be renewed for 10 years. |
