German-American Schützenpanzer Puma IFV Licensing Agreement of 2018 The United States of America (hereby the United States) and the Federal Republic of Germany (hereby Germany) agree to a licensing agreement for the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV for the United States in exchange for $700,000,000.00 (USD) Foreign Military Assistance to Germany for the procurement American equipment in the future. Article I The parties agree to a licensing agreement for the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV for production in the United States; Article II The parties agree to a payment by the United States of $700,000,000.00 US Dollars in the form of Foreign Military Funding (FMF); Artlcle III Germany agrees to purchase American made equipment with the $700,000,000.00 FMF provided by the United States; Article IV The United States agrees to not export the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV without the explicit permission of Germany; Article V Upon the signage of representatives from the United States Department of Defense and the German Federal Ministry of Defence this agreement will be sent to each parties respective legislatures for ratification. |
