German-American Schützenpanzer Puma IFV Licensing Agreement of 2018

The United States of America (hereby the United States) and the Federal Republic of Germany (hereby Germany) agree to a licensing agreement for the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV for the United States in exchange for $300,000,000 licensing fee to Germany and a royalty fee per unit constructed under license by the United States.



Article I
The parties agree to a licensing agreement for the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV for production in the United States;

Article II
The parties agree to a payment by the United States of $300,000,000.00 US Dollars for the license;

Artlcle III
The parties agree to a 2% ($200,000/unit) fee per unit for units constructed in the United States;

Article IV
The parties agree to allow for modification of the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV by the United States to fit the military requirements of the United States;

Article V
The United States agrees to not export the Schützenpanzer Puma IFV without the explicit permission of Germany;

Article VI
Upon the signage of representatives from the United States Department of Defense and the German Federal Ministry of Defence this agreement will be sent to each parties respective legislatures for ratification.
