Cable: Intelligence Agency:: Directed: To whom it concerns:: Subject: Deliveries in DPRK
***TOP SECRET***
We have received information that mysterious cargo planes with Gabonese registration have been arriving in Pyongyang . Satellite images show large crates being unloaded. The crates look like they are capable of having helicopters inside. Plus one cargo plane has delivered 30 UAZ-469 jeeps. The origins of these deliveries are not know, but thought to be from the black marketeer Viktor Kushev.

Cable: Intelligence Agency:: Directed: To whom it concerns:: Subject: DPRK Missile and Nuclear Program, and economic situation
***TOP SECRET***
We have obtained information that the DPRK has increased its government budget through various means, and that part of this increased budget has been allocated towards its missile and nuclear programs. We are unsure about the exact amount, however it should be considered a significant rise in the budget. At the same time economic and fiscal figures available suggest that the DPRK could see a rapid rise in inflation figures in the medium to long-term run. This could present major problems for the stability of the regime.

Cable: Intelligence Agency:: Directed: To whom it concerns:: Subject: North Korean air drills and construction
***TOP SECRET***
We have obtained information that the DPRK has been carrying out air drills across the nation in readiness for an air strike from its foes. Also Our sources have also seen construction on a grand scale across the land on new air raid shelters that have decent ventilation and are constructed in a way that a direct hit would not make a dent. Its seems that the North Koreans are ready for war.

Cable: Intelligence Agency:: Directed: To whom it concerns:: Subject: North Korean - Namibian shipments
***TOP SECRET***
We have obtained information that Namibia has ceased all military and business links with North Korea, including Uranium shipments. It seems that influence from the United Kingdom has offered a package to Namibia to cease links.
