Marco Antonio Raupp - Brazilian Minister of Science and Technology We would like to thank the Cuban government for inviting us to be part of this committee. Brazil has the largest sugar cane crop in the world, the world's second largest producer and is the largest exporter of ethanol in the world due to our advanced agri-industrial technology. We are considered to have the world's first sustainable biofuels economy and to be the biofuel industry leader. We hope we can the experience and expertise that we share in this committee will help to establish an efficient and profitable ethanol industry in our region. |
